Thank you so much Mike for your beautiful room. We'd been in Fiji for 5 nights before Hawaii and we'd stayed at the Sheraton JUST before it closed for renovation. The room there was horrible and the musty smell and mould in the room gave us both head colds, so your room was a great place to rest up and recover!!
We were both so relieved when we walked in. It was clean and modern, the furniture was really nice, and most importantly - there was a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove so we could cook some of our own food during our stay.
I also can't thank Mike enough for coming out a lot earlier than the check in time to let us into the room. We'd been on an overnight flight and since we were also sick, it was so nice not to have to wait until the afternoon :) |

Mike, I would like to thank you for giving me the best vacation ever, your condo is great, location is perfect, I just love walking early in the morning, to get my coffee, or late at night to get extra luggage at the ABC store nearby, it's just so convienient. Thank you for the experience and I will tell all my friends what a great place you have there, and hope to come back soon. |

| My friend and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in May 2007. I have rented many condo's in Waikiki and I would say that this is one of the best. It was very clean, very central to everything and was very affordable. The pool deck was great as it was huge and got sun on it all day. We spent many hours lounging on the large lanai and the condo was also well stocked with all sorts (boogie board, coolers, beach mats) of items to make our stay really enjoyable. Also, Mike (the owner) was really pleasant to deal with and we would rent his condo again anytime. |

What a fantastic stay we had in Mike's Appartment. It was very secure, harder to get into than the "posh" hotels, extremely clean, a modern refurbished room, with comfortable beds and extremely affordable in comparison with many other appartments and hotel rooms who don't provide a kitchenette. The kitchenette was versitile enough for a quick lunch, light dinner and breakfast most days, but didn't take over the room when it wasn't being used. I thought it needed a small pot to boil an egg or enough water for a cup of tea...then I discovered it was impossible to buy one in Waikiki! I will bring one as a gift when we come again next year! Great views of the fireworks as promised. An easy walk to the beach the only downside being that we always took the "shortcut" through the markets so the stallholders all knew us by name and had a large chunk of our spending money by the time we left, that was alot of fun day and night. The pool was well used by my kids and no nasties turned up on them as has happened at other places. We will definitely stay with Mike again he was very personable and caring, having our best interests at heart without cramping us. Mohalo! :) |

| I stayed here in January 2007 and thought the location was very central to everything with only 2 blocks to the beach. The pool area has a very large deck area and lots of room for lounging. I got lots of use out of the lani and enjoyed my breakfast out there most mornings and and a cocktail after a day at the beach. I would definetly stay here again. |

Mike, Thanks you very much for letting us stay in your place. I really loved your place. Everything was clean and nice. Everything was perfect (location, beds, bathroom, kitchen, lanai, internet connection) I appreciate your kindness. Because of that , we could run 26.2 miles and cross the finish line. I look forward to seeing you next year.
Regards Akiko
