We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Joan and
Joe's gracious, well-appointed home. It's location
near library, stores, neighborhood pool, and the
Laurel Manor Recreation Center was ideal for our
interests and pastimes. Having the use of their golf
cart also helped us fit right in with all the other
Villagers who buzz around everywhere in them! |

| Dear Joe and Joan: Wanted to let you know that we had a great time at The Villages. Your house was beautiful. It is conveniently located to Publix, the library, the recreational center and Plimico golf course. You have a lovely house that is well equipped with all those extras and also a well stocked kitchen. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail was much appreciated by our family. Since my huaband often played golf twice a day, he used the golf cart and I used our car. It worked out great for us. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness. Kathie and Abe |

| We rented this designer home in November. Not only was the house beautiful, but it was also well equipped and spotless. It is conveniently located to the town squares, golf courses, rec centers, and shopping. |

Just a quick note to compliment you on your warm and welcoming house. We really felt at home in only minutes after arrival. We also want to thank you for all of the thoughtful "little extras" in the kitchen and bathroom which made our vacation so much more comfortable.
The activities in The Villages were great and made the stay fun and relaxing.
We will be talking about your charming house and the wonderful fun we had there for many months to come.

We have visited The Villages several times and rented a home each time.
This designer home is the one we like best.
It's location is convenient to both town squares and is decorated in very good taste.
It has all the comfort and convenience of your own home.
It's located on a corner lot which affords a degree of privacy not provided by many homes in The Villages.
The four seated golf car is an additional plus.
We enjoyed this home and found the owners very pleasant and caring people to rent from.
Should you need help with any problem, just call and they will take care of it immediately.
Our deposit check was returned forthwith.
We recommend this lovely home to all those that are seeking an extended vacation in The Villages. |

We stayed in this lovely home for 5 weeks while our
home damaged by the tornado was being rebuilt.
We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is decorated in light FL
colors, has a nice privacy shrub hedge and is very
near the neighborhood pool. It is close to a rec
center, also, where you can take line dancing, go
golfing on 3 different golf courses and much more.
The home is within walking distance of the library,
Publics store, and many restaurants. I admit that
we did use a golf cart most of the time. This lovely
home is a very nice place to stay. We were very
satisfied.
