Oh my gawd! What a magical place! I spent a long
weekend with a new girlfriend and we never wanted to
leave the place. Romance never had it so good. The
house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. Very well
set up and providing everything we needed. I only
wished we could have taken a dip in the pond at the
bottom of the hill but it was a tad nippy. |

| A wonderful, relaxing week in a bright breezy house. We enjoyed jumping in the creek, tubing, and hiking, as well as sleeping late and listening to the wind in the trees. |

| Great house, even better than the pictures. Great decor, nice bedsheets etc. Kitchen is top notch -- great oven/range, BBQ grill, and every kitchen utensil you can imagine. Quiet and comfortable. Owners were very pleasant, provided us with a useful and detailed welcome packet. |

It's not simply the loveliness of the house, but its
prime location. Woods to hike in, roads to walk
down, river to walk to, and Phoenicia is but a short
drive or long walk away. Great. |

| This property and the surrounding environment made a beautiful impression on my life. It was much more than I expected. The house is tucked away perfectly. The amenities inside (and out) made for a very cozy and accommodating get away for both myself and my friends. The kitchen and barbeque-equipped deck were quite conducive to elaborate cooking while merrymaking. Each bedroom has its own charm to offer, so we really didn’t have any trouble deciding who slept where. We all couldn’t have been happier. The toughest part of the stay at this lovely house was, of course, leaving… |

beautiful place. well equipped. nice stereo, kitchen,
grill, etc. very comfortable for 8-10 people. swimming
pond is great. rivers/creeks nearby. supplies a short
drive away. |
