| For many years we have stayed in Palmetto Dunes but have always stayed in a condo. However, after staying in your home for a week, our idea of a vacation has certainly changed. This house is close to everything by being in palmetto dunes, yet more private than one could imagine. Whether grilling outback by the pool or walking down to the dock to take the canoe for a paddle down the saltwater lagoon, this house offers the perfect environment for a great vacation. The next time we plan a trip to Hilton Head, it's nice to know that we already have the perfect home to return to. Thank you Anderson family for making your home available!!! |

| Jeff, Just received your note with return of my deposit and it reminded me to write and tell you what a great house you have and what a great time we had for the week we were there. Quite frankly, we are coming back to HH for two weeks in June and if you had not already been booked we definitely would have rented your home again. Beautiful home, key word being "home". | I was recently fortunate enough to stay here on my annual golf trip. I won't stay anywhere else in the future. Minutes from golf courses, restaurants, shops, and entertainment, but quiet enough where you feel like your miles from the hustle and bustle. The property is in awesome shape, with a nice heated pool and easy lagoon access. Can't wait to go back. |

| I stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was great! Very quiet neighborhood. Secluded and private. It is just enough off the beaten path to be quiet but very accessible to the local activities and restaurants. The home is in great shape and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Plenty of room, in great shape, and quiet. |
