A delightful home base for our visit to attend son and grandson’s graduation
from the PT doctorate program at Chapman University. Finding great
accessories and amenities was indeed a plus. A pleasant neighborhood that
made us feel more like residents than tourists, as did the homey décor in the
condo.

After a 14-hour transcontinental flight our family of 5 were pleasurably
surprised by the well-appointed accommodations of this place. The
proximity of the condo to shopping and good restaurants was also an added
plus. Visits to Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach were nice and fun too.
We liked the peace because it was quiet and secure plus a few blocks away
from our first grandchild. Hope to come back in the future.

Morning Star was very helpful in both assisting us in reserving her condo as
well as providing valuable information on local activities. Would have loved a
local map – so close to San Diego but hard to find area maps. Thoroughly
enjoyed the condo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach and great restaurants. Perfect
vacation to celebrate our son’s graduation.

We left home a week ago for the 3-hour trip to the airport in Denver. Due to
a late season snowstorm that dumped 3’ of snow along I-17 it took us 9 ½
hours! We were so relieved to make it to sunny Dana Point and see the sand
of the beaches rather than the sand on the icy roads of Colorado. We had a
wonderful vacation and truly loved coming back “home” to Casa al Mare every
night. What a beautiful community! It is centrally located to everywhere we
wanted to go and we felt so comfortable here. Thanks so much for giving us
the opportunity to stay here.

What a pleasure being able to enjoy a month of California weather and all it
has to offer. Staying in such a comfortable, well established and beautifully
decorated home with a great location was a great “extra” bonus! As an
artist/teacher I appreciated the original artwork adorning the walls. I found
beautiful compositions to photograph in the area as well as other parts of
California. My husband did not get to golf as much as he would have liked
but certainly was impressed when he played the Monarch Links course!

We had a wonderful vacation in California. The house was perfect for us, we
felt very comfortable in it. The kitchen and the laundry room are perfect.
Our family enjoyed very much the day for rest after a day at a park, going to

We had a wonderful time at Casa al Mare! It was unfortunate that our son got
sick but we can’t think of a better place to be stranded. We were so thankful
you could help us out. Even under the circumstances we enjoyed the
beautiful beaches and the trip to the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla was a
fantastic idea. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, a
home away from home! The laundry facilities were especially helpful. Thank

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our
stay. Our visit combined with our daughter’s college softball trip – and
pleasure for us! The past 8 days have been a whirlwind! Highlights for us
included cocktails at the Ritz Carlton at sunset (we did this twice), time spent
in Laguna, San Diego and the trip north on PCH back to the condo. If you are
a runner or a walker, the trail going along the golf course and up to the Ritz
Carlton is “amazing”. The view is utterly spectacular!

Your condo was the perfect place for us during our trip to CA. We found it to
be very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub while watching the
pretty sunsets over Catalina Island. We also enjoyed our walks to the beach
from the condo and playing golf nearby. I loved the kitchen and all of the
extra things you provide. Dana point Harbor was a nice place to visit. Us
“snowbirds” could really enjoy this while back home was having snowstorms,
ice, and below zero weather.

Casa al Mare was perfect for our somewhat large, recently combined family of
6. We brought all 4 kids, from 4-17, and all of them had fun. We really
appreciated all of the surprise wedding gifts very much. Thank you. The kids
really appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs. The kids found most
fun at the beach, shopping in Laguna, visiting Santa Monica/Venice/Malibu
and were elated to meet Paris Hilton (really!) in Malibu at an outside mall. We
had fun seeing other stars play with their kids at the playground there too.

We had a wonderful summer vacation here at your property. Enjoyed the pool
and spa, like rides throughout the neighborhoods and fabulous days at the
beach! Sea World was a blast and family trips down to Dana Point Warf for ice
cream and shopping was fun too. The condo was very well stocked with
necessities and felt very homey!!! Loved having the washer and dryer. Very,

For our much anticipated family vacation, Casa al Mare was perfect. We found it
to be roomy, well stocked with the necessary accessories and conveniently
situated to all our activities. We enjoyed several local beaches, Disneyland and
