We LOVED the Condo!!!!!
My son was playing baseball during the day so we really got to enjoy the condo at night. We ate soooo much!! The Crab Trap was great!!! The Melting Pot was great also. The beach and the lazy river was very relaxing. Thanks for a great Spring Break.

This was the best vacation we have ever had!! The condo was very clean & neat! The pictures on your website does not do it justice. We were married on the beach during this trip & it was heavenly. Between our ceremony & the condo we could not have asked for anything better. The view was great for our relaxation & your kitchen got much use. Wonderful is the word to describe it. Now we have to return back to our hectic lives. Can't wait for another vacation here. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your condo! It made our wedding fantastic! Thanks again!

The most enjoyable vacation! Your condo is spacious, the view is awesome. We felt right at home. It was nice to be able to watch our kids play in the lagoon while enjoying the theatrics of the birds. All the TV's were handy for all different taste. Tha pleasant walk to the beach was well worth it. The Lazy River was so relaxing. The dolphins at the beach put on quite a performance. They swam right along side with the ones playing in the water. It was awesome & we plan to return.

The condo is wonderful - beautifully decorated & well situated on the property with beautiful views. We have really enjoyed this vacation. We've seen more marine life here than anywhere else. My grand daughters & my sons have really enjoyed their visit. The girls loved all the toys stored outside. We love this condo so much we hope to use it again! This has been the BEST, most AMAZING trip ever. We had a fantastic time. Every morning we would get up & wait for the rush to go reserve pool lay-out chairs & a covered table. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Lazy River & pools and well I guess you could say the adults enjoyed it too. The condo was way more than any of us expected. Your decor is absolutely beautiful. Oh, and the beds. Thats about all you have to say about them, they were incredible! This is our second year to come to Destin West & we will defintely be coming back to this exact condo next year! From laying out all day to sitting on the balcony till wee hours in the morning, we loved every part of it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. We found your "home" very comfortable & nicely decorated. We liked the spacious patio with all the seating! The weather has been great this week. Only a little rain on the last night-but it was over within 30 minutes.
The sleeping accommodations met all of our needs-that is rare in most condos. Thanks for sharing, we thoroughly enjoyed everything.

One week in your beautiful condo is definitely not long enough! We are so sad to be leaving & heading back to "reality". We loved your decorating & everything was well supplied to make us very comfortable. The kids were especially excited to find pool toys & a football in the toy chest since we forgot to pack ours. We all enjoyed the pool & the lazy river (it lives up to its name). The shopping & dining in Destin was fantastic and were good diversions on rainy days. What a lovely & comfortable vacation home you have. Our 4 year old liked the twin beds, the "Big" bathtub & all of the "pretty pictures". This was our first trip to Destin & we found the beaches here to be unforgetable. The dolphin sightings just off the shore while we were playing at the beach made it all the more memberable. Great shopping & dinning too! As transplanted Califorians, its nice getting back to the beach.

| Thanks so much for the wonderfully decorated home-away-from-home that we enjoyed this past week!! We went for a much-needed team reteat, during which we did nothing but decide beach or pool every morning and afternoon! Working with the owners, the Kendricks, was a pleasure as well. Great followup from them before and during our stay. The condo was so comfortable that we all felt right at home. I have stayed at other units on this property but this one was the best as far as views from every room and the general feeling of just being at home! We would all highly recommend this unit to anyone coming here! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing trip! |

This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and we have been to Ft. Walton 5 times. We hate to go home but we have things to do. The beds were great and everyone had a great rest. The kitchen was great & the living room was roomy. The balcony was out of this world. We could not get the kids out of the lazy river fo meals!
We had a great time!!

This was our 8th trip to Destin. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Your condo is beautiful and the kids loved the lazy river. We were here with about 15 families from Dayton...it was a great set-up for enjoying a vacation with so many families.

This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast & we loved it! Although we love the Jersey shore, the beaches here were beautiful, the water so colorful and warm! Your Condo was terrific....clean, beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and hot tubs while we enjoyed the balcony with the lovely views as well as waking up to those same views from the Master bedroom. We especilly enjoyed the patio. The views are wonderful! The Lazy River was very relaxing - it was hard to get my husband out of it. We saw more Dolphins here (they swam right up to our boat)than on any of our other travels.
