This is the 10th place I’ve rented and it ranks right up there with the best. House is very well maintained. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We rented a car so having the garage remote was very convenient. A lot of nice extras; plenty of towels, TV’s in each bedroom (even though we didn’t use them), loved having the individual supply of coffee each morning, first house I seen that even supplied shampoo, soap, and body wash.
The back patio is great to sit out and relax next to pool, Wifi worked very well. There is a nice shopping area about a mile or so south. A quick freeway trip (10 miles) to the Football stadium. Highly recommend.

| My husband, my three-year-old daughter and I stayed here in the beginning of August for 6 nights. We fell in love with the house. It had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed taking the boat on the lake several times. Everything was very safe for toddlers, the pool and lake were gated, and the house was neat and uncluttered. There were many nice touches, such as a basket of toys, and a basket of local maps and tour books. The neighborhood was peaceful, and there were grocery stores and restaurants close by. I can't think of a more perfect place for our family to stay while in Phoenix. Thank you Laura and Rafael! |

| We stayed in this home from May 26th until June 15th and had a wonderful time. The location is great, the home is beautiful (much more than the pictures suggest), Rafael & Laura were ver nice. It was well worth the price. We would highly recommend staying here. |

| We had a great week in your home. Vacationing with teenagers is never easy, but they all found something to do between the lake, pool and big screen t.v. The house was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The location made getting around the area easy. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying around Phoenix. Thanks again for everything. |

| We stayed at this house in early April 2009. Our stay was perfect. Laura was great to work with and she had the house absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. The home is in a quiet neigborhood, and being on the small lake was a definite plus. Getting up early in the morning and going down to the dock and catching bass all morning was a great way to start each day of vacation. The house was comfortable and had all the ammenities we needed. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix! |

| Our family had a wonderful time at your clean, well equipped, comfortable home. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the paddle boat. It was a little too cold to spend much time in the pool. In the area we all liked hiking the trails of Thunderbird Park, just a few miles away. Our grandson said his dream came true when they saw lizards off the path in the park. This is the second time we have rented a home in the Arrowhead area and it is truly our favorite part of Phoenix. |

| My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay in your home. After living in the east valley for seven years it was nice to discover the northwest side of Phoenix. The home was very clean and the Master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the Arrowhead Lakes neighborhood in the early morning. The location was ideal for catching some Milwaukee Brewer Spring Training games. |

I had done extensive research and this property was more than I had imagined.The home was very clean and comfortable with all the supplies you would ever need. We had 5 adults and a young child with us. The location is near main arteries So traveling to various locations was very easy.The locale of the house is within minutes of about everything. | Our family truly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this home over the Christmas holidays. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated (even a Christmas tree!). The beds were most comfortable--a requirement of ours when we travel. We were visiting family and sightseeing so the location was ideal--close to shopping and the freeways. We appreciated Laura's efficiency in all aspects of the process. We will be back! |

We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back. This was the perfect house for our family. We had 3 adults and 2 children and there was PLENTY of space for us. The house was very clean and we were surprised of all the conveniences that were thought of - every need was anticipated. The kids loved the boat and the fishing. It definitely made us feel like we were on 'vacation'. The home is conveniently located to everything. So, we were able to take a quick trip and go to the zoo for the day.
Anyway, a perfect place to stay as a couple, a family or a friends get-a-way.
We will definitley be back! |

| We rented this home from April 4, 2008 thru April 11, 2008. The temperature was in the upper 70's to lower 80's. I have to agree with the other comments. This home was very well equipped, located in a very safe neighborhood, has a great pool, fun pedal boat, very clean etc. There was lots of room for six adults. There are several fountains and waterfalls in the neighborhood. Some are lighted. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It is located a couple blocks from the 101 freeway and about a mile from shopping, restaurants, gas etc. Laura was great to work with. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. You won't be disappointed. |

| We stayed in this beautiful arrowhead lakes home for three nights and loved it. It was better then staying at a five star hotel. They thought of everything from towels, coffee, soaps, shampoos. The house was beautiful and had three nice bedrooms, all with tv's. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. It is a great deal for the money. |

Our family of 4 just finished an 8 day stay here over the Christmas Holiday. The house is just as perfect as the pictures and other guest comments state it is. The owners are very caring and attentive. We were even contacted a few days before our arrival and asked if we liked Christmas decorations or would we like them removed before we arrived. The house was very tastefully decorated for the holiday, making us feel at home.
The temperature during our stay was only in the 50s, so we didn't take advantage of the paddle boat and the pool is not heated for winter use.
The location is perfect with easy access to highways that will take you all over the Phoenix area or even the state of Arizona. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
I have never rented a vacation home before and was overjoyed with the results. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. |

| My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at this property at the beginning of November. The house is really nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having the boat available is also a real bonus. The house is in an excellent area for getting around, being just off the 101 Loop and not far from the I17. It is also close to a number of shops and restaurants, as well as the Arrowhead Mall. |

| Great comfortable home! Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of the desert mountains from the kitchen dining room window. Freeway close makes for quick trips ;-) We stayed there for the Thanksgiving holiday and had all of our relatives over for dinner. We were able to seat 10 and enjoy the feast. The only thing missing was a large cassarole baking dish. Everything else was perfect from the tupperware to the drawer with the scissors! I was impressed. | My family and I would like to thank Laura and Rafael for allowing us the priviledge to stay at their beautiful home on Arrowhead Lake in Phoenix, Az. Nothing could have been any more perfect. The location, the setting, the layout of the home was perfect for a family, very spacious, furnished with everything anyone could possibly need, a beautiful decor, and most important immuculately clean. It made our visit to Arziona complete in every way. Again many thanks to Laura and Rafael especially for the frest fruit and juice in the fridge for us due to a delayed flight. |

We were delighted with this vacation rental; it was exactly as advertised! The older grandkids loved the paddle boat as well as the pool and the younger ones were delighted with the pool.

| I must say being from California it was a very different experience to be in an area where the weather was so hot and different from our normal climate. We stayed at the home towards the end of July and I must say the best thing about being in Arizona (besides my daughter's softball games) was staying at such a beautiful, cozy, clean, roomy home. I was there with two other families and everyone was extremely impressed. Having the swimming pool and the pedal boat for the kids was awesome (even in the heat)!! I looked at many places in Arizona when I was looking to rent and this to me was the best looking home with the most to offer for the best price. The owners are very personable and accommodating. The only thing lacking was a BIG frypan but then I love to cook especially in such a nice kitchen. If I was to ever to come back to Arizona and stay I would definitely call Laura & Rafael. Thanks for EVERYTHING!! |

The house was absolutely perfect and very cozy! The best thing though is how accomodating the owners are - they truly want you to have a wonderful time and will do anything to make your stay memorable!
