| We loved our stay here in early August. It was within walking distance (even for our 5 and 7 year old) to many of the tourist areas, but still gave a glimpse of how a San Franciscan would live. There was ample space in the garage for the rented Camry. The owners were quick and courteous to our questions and concerns prior to our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to San Francisco! |

We stayed in Unit #3 which is a 2 BR apt. It accomodated our family of 4 comfortably, was clean, comfortable, had an updated, fully functional kitchen and located in a vibrant neighborhood. The North Beach location was convenient to most anywhere in SF and had numerous stores, cafes, restaurants and bakeries to satisfy all needs. The owner was wonderful to deal with and prompt in her responses.
A great time was had by our family. |

| This was our second stay at Nathalie's fantastic apartment. She is wonderful to deal with and makes the transaction completely worry free and easy. The apartment is located in easy walking distance of Washington Square and all the fabulous restaurants and pubs, as well as the public transportation at Union and Columbus. We just love the apartment and all its amenities. We will definitely email Nathalie again to stay when we go back, which can't be soon enough! Thank you so much for a lovely stay in our favorite city, SF! |

| My wife and I stayed in the 1BR apartment for 10 days in December 2008. It was just what we were looking for. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from many restaurants, cafes and bars of both North Beach and China Town. It is also very close to several grocery stores, so it was easy to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. The inside is all brand new and the bathroom is extremely clean. It was definitely worth the price and we will definitely be back when in San Francisco. |

| The apartment is lovely, and the location absolutely perfect. All the organisation was seamless and everything in the apartment we could have wanted. We had an extremely comfortable holiday, and would definitely stay here again if returning to San Francisco. |

Simply outstanding!
We occupied the appartment with another couple from 10/01/08 to 10/10/08. Like many, we had worries about renting over the net until we made the phone call. The confidence was then instantaneous! The appartment is truly located within a short walk from everything. This was our 3rd trip to San-Francisco, but by far, the best! Little Italy is two blocks away. Beware of the fantastic food! We will be back and will not even look to stay anywhere else!
Pour les Francophones, la proprietaire parle un Français impeccable. L'endroit est vraiment splendide. AUCUN doute, nous y retournerons. Des gens charmants!!!!! Merci d'avoir contribuer a notre voyage innoubliable!

We decided to rent an apartment because it was cheaper for 4 adults comparing to the hotel prices in San Franciso, and that was the perfect decision. The apartment had all we needed, was very clean (as if we were the first visitors) and had a great location. San Francisco is a great city to visit and when we come again I would first call Nathalie to ask if their apartment is again available.

Wir haben uns entschieden ein Apartment yu mieten, da es eine guenstigere Unterkunft fuer 4 Erwachsene ist im Gegensatz zu den Hotel-Preisen von San Francisco. Und das war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. Das Apartment hatte alles was wir brauchten, war sehr sauber (als ob wir die ersten Gaeste waren)und eine tolle Lage. San Francisco ist eine super Stadt zum Besuchen und wenn wir wieder kommen, rufe ich vorher als erstes Nathalie an und frage ob das Apartment frei ist.
Vielen Dank fuer einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Nous étions un couple avec une jeune fille de 18 ans et nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet appartement. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la location de Nathalie. L'appartement était confortable, suffisamment spacieux et bien équipé. Il était très clair et très propre. Les magasins, restos et transports en commun sont très proches ( 5-8 minutes à pied ). C'est un Logement que nous recommandons vraiment...

Both I and my companion very much enjoyed our
stay at the apartment. It is very well fitted, with
kitchen and bathroom facilities and is exceptionally
well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and has
the usual shops and eating places within easy
reach. Nathalie and Gregory went out of their way to
be of assistance to us and I would have no
hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay. |

| We stayed here for a week in July 2008. The apartment is ideally located for visiting San Francisco, with most places within walking distance, or you can use the excellent bus service. We particularly enjoyed the local restaurants and bread shops (best ever focaccia bread in Luguria Bakery on Washington Square). The apartment was ideal for a family of four and is very clean and well equipped. Natalie is also very welcoming and helpful, she really went out of her way to help us sort out a problem. |

| We came from the UK and stayed for five weeks over February and March; four weeks in the two bedroom apt and one week in a newly refurbished one bedroom apt. They were both fantastic. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owners Nathalie and Greg were extremely helpful and friendly. The location and surrounding neighbourhood is great and a perfect base for exploring the fine city. The only downside is the garbage collection at 5am but that is not a fault of the apt, merely a city noise, you get used to it after a couple of days. |

| This is a WONDERFUL apartment! We stayed in unit #3 for a week in July 2008. It was marvelous to be able to walk to so many lovely restaurants (including the tremendously popular "Mama's" and "North Beach Pizza") and enjoy such a pleasant residential neighborhood! The apartment was just perfect for our family of 3 - so clean, convenient, and very affordable! |

vacation apartment carefully. The owner's actually
understate the apartment's appeal as far as was our
experience during a one month rental in 2007. The
location is superb for quiet living and easy access to

| My husband & I and our two young sons had the pleasure of staying in the second floor condo for a week in October. It is just as everyone describes -- beautifully updated, super clean, quiet residential neighborhood (not touristy), ideal location close to wonderful North Beach restaurants, bakeries, shopping, China Town, Coit Tower (literally footsteps away!). Nathalie was so pleasant and helpful, and it's a pleasure to recommend this condo to others. If we get the chance to return to San Francisco, she's sure to hear from us! |

My wife and I stayed in the first floor apartment in the period 22 Oct. thrgh 26 Oct. 2007. We had a very pleasant time in this nice apartment, which is located in a convenient district of the city. It's easy to walk from this apartment to down town San Francisco via a part of the Italian and Chinese districts. Many fine restaurants in the area and not to forget a fine bakery/coffee place at 500 yards. Nathalie is a very charming and pleasant lady to deal with. We'll recommend this place to all our friends and if our travel schedule allows it, we'll come back.

| You are guaranteed to leave your heart in San Francisco if you stay in this charming european style appartment. We spent a wonderful week in #3. The location is absolutely perfect. Not so high on the Hill you find yourself within an easy reach of the shining stars above the Bay, as well as of The Warf, Embarcadero, Chinatown, Downtown, Marina District (through the Fort Mason). Just keep walking. Say nothing of the Little Italy, you are in the heart of it and can enjoy the best coffee in the City. The appartment is sparkling clean and well taken care of. Natalie is very stylish. |

It was walking distance to everywhere from Union Square to Fisherman Wharf. Near to restaurants very accessible.
Natalie was very helpful and accomodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit SFO again.

We stayed in #8 10/2/07 - 10/9/07. The flat was perfect for a family of four; 2 adults & 2 young children!
As advertised, the unit has been fully renovated & has all state-of-the-art appliances & looks brand new even though the bldg was built 100 yrs ago.
The neighborhood & location were absolutely fabulous! Very safe & typically quiet considering its city living. Great local shops, bakeries/cafes & restaurants all very close to "home." Washington Square is literally right down the street & a great place to people watch. We found it easy to walk to the wharf, downtown, Chinatown & Union Square even w/ the kids.
Try Calzones, Mama's (even if you have to wait!), Cafe Divine, North Beach Restaurant, North Beach Pizza & more for some local flavor w/in 5 mins walking distance!
Even better, the owners were very accomadating & nice. We'll definitely stay here again! |

| we spent a week on vacation in April 2007- 2 couples -50 ish- the Coit Tower location is superb- mostly local area with great shops & restaurants with in a few blocks- & close enough to the tourist attractions too! the unit is well appointed & very comfortable= we had a very enjoyable stay! |

We had a great stay here. The apartment is great for a small family, tastefully decorated, and you can't beat the area. It might get a bit noisy at night, or maybe it was just that night that we were there but if you're coming to SF to visit and don't want to stay in a boring hotel room, this might be for you!
