My husband and I have been lucky enough to stay at "Once Moore" 2 times now, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vacation home with "atmosphere". It is very clean and well kept and has great furnishings. Best of all is the location. Is's just a few miles from Dupont Forest and Cesars Head - both with lots of hiking trails and waterfalls. It's also very close to the town of Brevard - which has great shopping, art, restaurants and music at night. Finally, it's within a few miles access to the Parkway with tons of fun things to do.
If you want to stay "close to home", the location is perfect as well. It sits on the 17th hole of a very sweet 3-par golf course !! The development, Sherwood Forest, has tons of clearly marked walking trails and several beautiful lakes. It's also a good setting for riding bikes and caters to the wildlife and wildflowers of the local area.
We highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone who wants to get out and explore or just relax away from home. It's a good choice spot !!! Oh yea - how could I forget to add that doggies are also welcome - you can't beat that !!!
