The condo was very nice and clean and very very close to everything. Our family enjoyed our stay. The actual hotel is in need of repairs and updating so our family was a bit worried upon arrival, but we were pleasantly surprised by the condo.
The condo is a quick walk right onto the beach, overlooks the water park and is a block away from the grocery store and 10 mins from a Target/shopping area. 10 min drive from most of the attractions. Very convenient.
The Mintons are great to deal with. |

| What a Great family vacation! We had 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room, the washer and dryer really came in handy. The kids and grandchildren loved all the pools, lazy river, water slides and of course, ocean. Grandma loved it that it was clean & there was a TV in all 3 bedrooms and frontroom plus a DVD player for grandkids at night!!! thanks! |

| We had a wonderful vacation- we were traveling with 4 children- 6 months, 3, 6 and 9 and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space in the condo, easy access to the beach, pool, and plenty of restaurants and attractions closeby. We will definately consider staying again, and let friends and family know it is a great place to stay and owners are great to work with! |

| We had a great time. The kids loved the water park and the lazy river....and the aroma from the River City Cafe attached to the water park was heavenly. Close to lots of attractions. Beach and room were very clean. Definately will recommend this resort to a friend. |

| This is a great place to stay. It was close to everything...swimming, dinig, entertainment, and grocery. The keypad was wonderful for everyone as we had multi family staying in the condo. My children loved it, and the Minton's were great to work with. |

| What a Great Place. We had children from 3 to 16 - they all enjoyed it. We just LOVED the Door Code Entry - soooooo convenient. The view, the large bedrooms with TV's and large porch were fanfastic. We also found the Mintons wonderful to work with. |

| This was a great place to stay . The pool and lazy river is just what my girls loved , of course there is the beach . The unit was wonderful with a tv in each bedroom for those ( teens ) who needed to get away from parents. It Is a safe area for teens and adults , We let our girls return to the unit while we stay at the pool. This unit is close to many things and activities including grocery stores. |

| My family and I have stayed at this property several times just renting from the property itself and this year my grandchildren wanted to stay in the same place again so when I went to book the property I sadly found that all the rooms large enough to accomadate all of us were all booked. I was searching the internet for another property that included the water park and childrens activities and happened upon this listing. I was hesitant at first because I had never rented from an owner before but because my grandchilren were so wanting to stay there I thought I'd give it a try. To my suprise it was better eqipped with kitchenware and supplies than we had ever had before staying in the very same property with maid service! We had a WONDERFUL time and my grandchildren were very happy. I will strongly recommend this property to anyone with small children. It's a great location and the owners are GREAT to work with! AA++++++ for this condo, and Thanks so much Leslie for everything. We will be calling you again to stay here!! |

| We stayed in the condo begining 3/31/07. It is very nice with a great view plus more amenities than all other places. What a wonderful place to take your family. The place is well kept and very clean and safe. I loved the combo lock on the door. No looking for the keys. Anyone could go to the room at anytime and not be locked out. The rental was easy and I would absolutely rent again. |
