Dear Marilyn & Bill,
I wanted to thank you for sharing your Kingston Plantation home with us. My wife, kids and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have been coming to the Myrtle area for the last 17 years and your condo ranks as one of the best we have stayed in. The accessibility to the beach and all the pools on the grounds were outstanding. We have never been ones for staying in the heart of Myrtle Beach, rather wanting to be somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. But staying on the Plantation gave us the best of both worlds, a few minutes from the heart of Myrtle while also being able to enjoy the peace and quite of the grounds when we wanted to.
We traveled with several other families for a baseball tournament that my son was in. Most of the families also stayed on the Plantation grounds but your home was by far the best, not only our feelings but our friends to. Thanks so much again, we look forward to our next visit and hopefully an "unbooked" week at your condo.

I received this email from July 2009 guest. Received your security deposit check yesterday. Wanted to thank you for the opportunity to rent. Your condo was inviting from the moment we opened the door and stepped inside. The ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom were gently moving the air, the view to the lake beckoned us in and said "Welcome -- Enjoy Your Vacation." The accomodations were first class with attention to every detail. The large screen TV and WIFI was a hit with the three teens in our party. I cannot say enough. When we plan to return to Myrtle again, your condo will be the first on our list.
Again, Maryilyn, thank you for making this a special trip for my family.

| Enjoyed a fabulous month of March in this beautifully decorated two bedroom second floor condo. The screened in porch has an excellent view of the lake and faces the afternoon sun. Internet access and relatively new entertainment units a bonus. |

Hi Marilyn, just returned from a great four days of golfing down at MB. Your condo is great...from decor to location. Lots of room for the four of us. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch area in the evening.
Thanks for all of the tips, including hooking us up with the Kingston golf pro for bookings. You were right, they had good rates.
Hope to be back next year.

We had a great time from start to finish. The condo was wonderful, it was clean, completely supplied so we could cook in when we wanted. Everything was so close by,entertainment,golf,shopping, anything you could want. Marilyn,was easy to deal with and made the arrangements hassel free. We will definitely go again.

| We stayed here over Mothers Day weekend 2008. It was beautiful. Great location, extremely clean, beautiful cond!!!!!! We were taking my daughter to visit Coastal Carolina University and after pricing hotels in the area it was cheaper to rent this condo, with much more room. My family loved it and we will rent this condo again!!!! Marilyn was wonderful to deal with and made the rental process very easy for us. |

Can't tell you enough what a great time we had in your condo. Love the decor. I prsonally have been in a lot of the lodge condos at Kingston, and I think that yours is one of the nicest and one of the best views The screened-in porch overlooking the lake is really relaxing after a day at the beach!
Enjoyed getting to know you through emails and phone calls. Hope to rent your condo again soon.

| The unit it great! Just bring your swimsuits and have a terrific time. Renting from Bill and Marilyn was a reak treat. Our grandchildren loved it. Having the pool so close was a great plus. It is a gorgeous beach. Everyone is looking forward to a return trip soon! |

We also got to use the beautiful pool which was steps from your unit! I have to say, that my favorite thing to do was enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from your unit. Your unit has the BEST view of the lake! You promptly answered all my questions and I appreciated all your suggestions on things to do on our vacation. | We hadn't had a real vacation for a few years. This one was great! We loved the condo - it's perfect, beautiful and in a great location. We were able to swim and play on the beach and my husband could fish in the lake. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. |

We had a very relaxing stay at your beautiful condo. I love the location as it's close to the beach and yet far enough away that you don't have a lot of noise -- very serene. Great view too.
Your condo had plenty of room for my family of six. Appreciate how clean and welcoming it was.
We plan on staying there again - hopefully soon!
