Holiday was great thanks and the house was lovely.
I must admit that the whole pool area was a wonderful experience as we’ve never had such amounts of room around a pool under screening before and the furniture was all very comfortable.
We all had a great deal of fun in the games room, especially with the pool table, air hockey and of course the Table Tennis/Ping Pong table outside.

Hi Richard,
We have returned home now and I just wanted to thank you again for the use of your beautiful home. I apologize that we did not take a picture. We had so much fun at Universal that I hardly took any pictures! I’m just a kid at heart and just wanted to ride the roller coasters!
Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time and one thing that I forgot to write in the guest book was how I appreciated the layout of the villa so much that I did not even miss not having the use of the Master King Suite on the first floor. I had designated it for my two daughters, one of which uses a wheelchair.

Hi Richard, We had a glorious vacation. The house couldn't be better and the kitchen couldn't be better stocked. The kids even saw a gator in the pond. Is that possible? They were so excited. The weather was perfect and it was so nice to be able to come home and totally relax after a long day at the parks. The only down point of the week was the Celtics/Magic game that we went to on Friday night. The Celtics were terrible! We certainly hope to come back again because everyone agreed it was the best vacation we ever have had.

Your villa is truly above and beyond five stars! A luxurious vacation at its best. My wife got very spoiled the first night and told me she doesn't want me to use the same bathroom as her [you have a gezillion bathrooms!] She wanted her own ! The pool was a true delight. The days we stayed home and relaxed were the highlights of our vacation!

Well, as you promised, the villa certainly had the “Wow Factor”, with all our wishes catered for – no mean feat considering our party of 12 included 5 boisterous lads and a toddler. The pool and the games room were well used by all and were the perfect way to relax after spending the day in the Parks. The furniture, décor, entertainment systems (we saw plenty of English football on the huge TV) and the space in general were top notch and the all round feel of the villa is one of luxury. We certainly stumbled on a bargain too as the price was most definitely right. We cannot recommend your home highly enough and it played a big part in us all enjoying a holiday of a lifetime. The location too was ideal, set in a peaceful and quiet estate, yet only 25 minutes from Disney and an hour from Busch Gardens – ideal for anyone coming to do the Parks.To tell the truth, we didn’t want to leave and I think we hide our sadness pretty well in the photo! We all agreed Richard that, if we could afford it, we’d visit your place every year

Thank you so much for the use of the villa. It was as beautiful as it looked on your web page. The games room was a god send to keep the younger kids busy and happy. The pool area was enjoyed by the adults as much as the kids. I don't think there was more then 10 min of when we were there that the kids weren't in the pool. Hi Richard, Having made the decision to holiday together; the next task was to find a villa suitable for 4 adults, 4 young men (grandsons) ranging from 12-20 years and an 8 year old girl. we found your villa very comfortable and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a great time thanks, everyone enjoyed the holiday and your villa, which did live up to our expectations. The villa was nice and spacious and very well appointed. The place is great and finished to high standard. The layout is very good and helps give everyone their own space and the pool and games room kept the younger ones well occupied, when us oldies were busy or needing some space of our own.
Your directions to the villa were also very good. We were able to get there without any problems whatsoever. Many thanks for taking the trouble to call us both before our departure and after our arrival at the villa. The basket of information is extremely useful. This was very much appreciated.

Our family of 13 had the "Time of Our Life" at this grand home - relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the 'heated' pool and playing games in the games room. What more could anyone ask for. Wonderful house, all amenities nearby and only 15 minutes from Disney yet away from all the congestion and franticness of International Drive area!! Beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of living space, pool area is wonderful and the games room is a great bonus if you have kids with you. Richard, At this moment I was reviewing the pictures from our vacation. We had a fabulous time! Worst part about taking a vacation is having to return home We absolutely loved the house!!! We will return in a couple of years and bring more family with us, we were so impressed with it that we want to share the experience next time! We managed to see the infamous alligator at the lake- and have pictures of that as well! I am so appreciative of the home and the experience it afforded our family- there is nothing like waking in the morning to sit by the pool with your coffee and watching the children swim! Best way to wake by far! The house had everything we needed, I cannot discount the convenience of the stroller and the pack and play - having brought my two year old. The pool inspired my fiancé to build one just like it at home, it is laid out so nice. You have done a wonderful job facilitating the renting of the home and your prompt responses and follow up are extremely professional and the icing on the cake for the experience. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for sharing it with us! It did not feel like a rental....everything is top notch....all the furnishings are luxurious as are the linens. The kids were excited by the pool and all the pool toys, the DVD players in every room, and the game room is amazing! What a great way to use that space...and it is not far from the main area so it is not difficult to still supervise the kids. The amount of space we get for our dollar is really unreal....the house is huge! Everyone gets their own space to unwind which was so nice at the end of our vacation! Hi Richard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family. There were thirteen of us; grandparents, children and grandchildren. The house was so big no one got in anybody else’s way! The games room was in constant use (we had many pool tournaments) and enjoyed table tennis and the other games. We spent lots of time around the pool having card games etc.
The spa with its waterfall, the fountains and night lights added greatly to the ambience. With all the TV's in the home, ipods and play station, we were never bored for one minute! We also enjoyed walks down to the lake looking for the alligator. The kids swear they saw it one day.
It was a perfect home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were all sad when the time came to leave. Everything we needed was there and it was just a short 15-20 minutes to Disney and the Parks. Our hopes are that we will be able to come back to your gorgeous home again sometime soon.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home! We will definitely use this home again with your permission in the future. HOPEFULLY THE NOT SO DISTANT FUTURE! As a matter of fact, we came home bragging about the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As far as the upstairs section of the home we did tour it on our first day there and never used the stairs again ha! ha! But on our next visit I'm sure we will be using all of your facilities when we plan to return with our teenagers. My daughter especially liked the pool by the way. We had to swim with her every morning when we awoke and every night before we put her to bed. She thinks in her little mind that that is our home ha! ha! She told me yesterday morning that she prefers our house in Florida over this one! Try to explain that one to a three year old! Your villa must be one of the best if not THE best in Florida when it comes to rental. We were very much at home and lacked for nothing. I was amazed at how perfectly everything was decorated and everything was way above the mark. On a 1 to 10 your place is a 15. The game room was very entertaining and kept the younger part of our group busy when not in the pool, spa or on the go. Your location was as I thought and was just far enough away from attractions to be able to travel but yet close enough so the commute was easy and quick, whether it be the coasts or amusement. Your home location was perfect, for added privacy being a corner lot with only one home next door which happened to be vacant during our stay.
Again on behalf of our family we thank you so much for allowing us the privilege to rent and stay at your villa. I would rent from you again without hesitation. Dealing with you has been a pleasant, professional experience. With sincere thanks.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious and space was something we needed for our large group. Everything was wonderful however we all really enjoyed the pool & spa. We hope to return in the future!
