For 6 weeks we called 37 Rue St Paul our home. What a lovely, cosy apartment with everything you could want. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and lots of maps and information about Paris. Metro just down the road and lots of restaurants and wonderful patiserries close by. Also a Monoprix across the road, which was really handy for stocking up on essentials. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Cant wait to go back. |

We stayed in this terrific apartment for a month from the 15 November 2008. As others have commented, this is the best place to be in the Marais. It is central, quiet and very comfortable and we loved the stairs that kept us fit but were not impossible for a friend who has arthritis in both knees to slowly negotiate! Although it was cold outside and even snowed the apartment was always warm and cosy. We enjoyed having a TV with English channels and access to the internet although we missed watching France 3 and practising our France . It is so easy to get wonderful french food locally either at the local Monoprix supermarket and stores along Rue Saint Antoine to cook yourself or at the many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Useful transport not only included St Paul Metro station and Bastille but also the buses at the end of the street. We loved having bars , patisseries and bakeries at the bottom of the stairs. The handover of the flat was easy as was all communication with the manager. We have recommended this apartment to all our Australian traveling friends and will use it again. Highly recommended for value, comfort and location.

In September, 2008, we stayed for two weeks at 37 Rue St. Paul and loved it. The stairs take getting used to but the apartment is well furnished and very cozy. We especially liked all the books about Paris and the French dictionaries--the one for dining was very helpful. The apartment is close to so many restaurants, patisseries, shops, and of course the St. Paul metro stop! Best of all, it's quiet at night and really like your home away from home. Highly recommended!

Loved the apartment. They thought of everything, down to moleskin and wine corkscrew! It was really in the best location, as well. Right off Rue St. Antoine (rue Rivoli), it was minutes from Bastille, St. Paul metro, and Hotel DeVille. I loved loved loved it. Great apartment, and Pascal was a pleasure to work with.

Stayed for one week at the end of November to beginning of December 2007. This appartment has a great location. It is clean and has everything (eg. kitchen utensils & appliances, iron, hair dryer etc.) It even has an number of paperbacks:(French/English dictionaries, phrase books, menu decoders), tourist information and even novels to read. Pascal is efficient and prompt in setting up the reservation. Regis was helpful in showing us the appartment. We will definitely seek out this appartment for our next visit to Paris and will reccommend this agency to friends and family.

For four weeks, 37 Rue St Paul, was our home away from home. The apartment was very cozy, yet very efficient. The location was simply wonderful with easy access to the Metro, Monoprix, best boulengeries, boucheries, fromageries, patiseries, marche, museums, shopping... Of course we were very sad to leave!!!

A lovely apartment, (clean, secure, well appointed and cosy) in an absolutely ideal location. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame, 15 to the Louvre and the Tivoli Gardens, 2 Minutes to Place des Voges and the Bastille. The open top bus route is just at the top of the road for sight seeing further afield, although we would probably now just use the metro to hop around. Tried to fit too much in on the first visit, and didn't take full advantage of the area around Rue St Paul itself, which is full of charm and just as parisian as you could wish. Booking for a repeat trip now! John and Gill Woodthorpe

Excellent facilities and the location was just perfect. We spent a week exploring Paris and will definitely be back. The only thing we needed was spare shoes because of all the exploring.
