This was a perfect condo for us -- completely
clean, perfectly furnished, luxurious master
bedroom/bath. We never missed having a car
because it was so convenient for walking to
restaurants, to the market, to lifts, and for bus to
Snowmass. Mr. Woltin was also very responsive to
every question we had. We'd return again in a
minute! |

We saw Mr Woltin's condo on VRBO. We had never rented a condo before, instead we always elected to stay at luxury hotels. This visit to Aspen was the best ever, we skied every day, and took the bus that stopped out front to Snowmass twice. The condo is located in the best part of town, away from the noise, and commotion of all the tourists, but within walking distance to everything. The lift to the top of Ajax is only a block away.
As for the condo, it is beautiful and clean, and it looks like it has never been lived in. It even smells new. The owner is honest and very reliable, and did everything he said he would do. I admire the way he keeps this beautiful home. We look forward to returning in March to stay here again. |

| We had a wonderful stay in Aspen and this great condo was a big part of it. It was so close to restaurants and shopping that even my 2 year old could walk. I highly recommend this place. |

This modern 2-bedroom condo is well appointed and immaculate. It's in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance to town and nearby bus stops. The unit is nicely decorated and the large master bedroom and closet areas are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. All you need in Aspen are skis, your credit card and a good attitude and you'll survive very nicely. Thanks to owner, Bob Woltin, who was very professional and very accommodating for my entire stay.

We Skied Aspen this past week, and stayed at this lovley condo owned by Mr. Woltin. It is georgous, and so clean, you could eat off the floors.
The location is as good as it gets. Waking up in the morning and watching the sun beam against Aspen Mountain is breathtaking from the livingroom. The Master Bedroom is so comfortable, and our kids loved the twin beds in their room. It is located in the middle of everything and only a block walk to the lift. The free bus stops right outside the front door. Being from NH, we figured we had to try another place to stay and ski, we could not say enough great things about this wonderful condo and the town of Aspen. |

| We loved this condo! Very convenient to the slopes and town, comfortable and well equipped. At the end of a long ski day it was a treat to return to this lovely "home" and relax. |

We have rented from VBRO for many years now and have had mostly positive experiences, and I would rate this as one of the top. The unit is very well located to town - we skied at all 4 resorts and took the bus to/from all and were dropped of outside condo most times. Otherwise it is a 2 block walk - and busses are free while resorts are open. The unit is large, has a WELL stocked kitchen, LOTS of extra linens, and a full size washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the fireplace a nice treat. The HUGE TV was a treat to watch the Super Bowl on. Look for the little discount coupon left by the owner for the grocery store in town - we save over $75.00 on our first trip. We look forward to visiting Aspen in the fall and will contact Bob for availability of his unit.

I was a bit nervous about renting from an "owner"...with all of the scams in life, but we stayed at the condo over X-Games 12.
It was fantastic! It is such a nice spacious place. One block to the shuttle bus. Two blocks to downtown. So centerally located!! We had friends that were also in town and so we used the kitchen for dinner entertaining! The accomodations were very incredible. As the sign says though...Remove your shoes! The flooring is so beautiful and we're hoping to rent again in the future.
Thanks so much Bob! Although we have never met....I would rent from this "owner" in a heartbeat again!! |

| My husband, 2 friends and I stayed at the condo. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in immaculate condition. The stone countertops, mountain views, LCD TV’s and excellent location are a few of the great aspects of this condo. Not only is the condo great but dealing with the owner was a smooth transaction. He gave excellent directions and responded to questions quickly. I highly recommend this condo. |

| What a great way to start off the new year.We found that Aspen is a great vacation spot. The condo is warm and relaxing, and beautifully decorated and located in the center of town. | Thanks for a wonderful stay at your condo. It is so beautifully decorated, has an amazing Aspen location, wonderful parking, and I must say...I loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. We drove our car each day to Snowmass and Buttermilk and found the drive close, easy and it was wonderful to come back to the condo with a readily available parking spot! |

Dec 07 Our family truly enjoyed the comfort, convenience, short walks to all amenities and skiing from this newly remodeled and very clean condo! The view is terrific, the bus comes right by it so you can go to any connection without moving your car!!

| We took a family ski vacation with my 2 grandsons and stayed in this fabulous condo. New kitchen and bathrooms, great master bedroom, fire place and great view. The location cannot be beat- 2 blocks from the heart of Aspen but located in a residential area. What a way to enjoy Aspen! |

| My family and I stayed at this fantastic condo this summer and I cannot say enough good things about our experience.The condo is simply beautiful, with all the amenities of home. The location is as good as it gets in Aspen, the views of Aspen Mountain are spectacular. A great place to take the kids, we played volly ball outside in the park every day.The trail up to Ajax is right accross the street, and that trail was perfect for all of us. We just loved the entire experience, and can't wait to come back next year. Hopefully it wont be rented the week we want next summer, infact we will reserve now. |

| The condo was beautiful,the location fantastic,beautiful living room with real wood burning fireplace, (us New Yorkers like that), great view of Aspen Mountain, quiet building where you can get a good nights sleep, and be ready for the next days activities, highly recommend. We look forward to coming back next year. |
