This is truly an upcale condo in a lovely setting on the lake close
enough to Hot Springs to go in to
dine or shop. The condo is very
beautifully furnished yet very com-
fortable. We enjoyed it very much
and wanted to stay longer. |

| We will be back! The condo was clean and very close to the pool and the dock. It was quiet, no noise from the neighboring units. Great location on the lake, gas dock was close. |

| We stayed at the condo for the week of Christmas. It was such a beautiful place. Teresa made it really feel like a 'home'. We had wonderful treats waiting for us when we arrived and it was decorated for the season. Most importantly, it was CLEAN, like we were the first people to ever stay there. The bed in the master was so comfortable, we had to ask what kind it was, so we could get one for our own house. We come out to Arkansas every year to visit family and usually stay with them, but thought it would be nice to have our own space for the week. The condo is spacious enough, so we were able to have guests stay with us. We look forward to coming back again some time in the summer to enjoy the lake, which is RIGHT outside the back. Cant wait! |

The BEST Ever
I don't know how she did it but the place was perfect for our vacation. The condo is equipped with the finest of eveything. Upscale is very true. Locaton is close to everything. The cove the lake is in is perfect for relaxing and having fun. You can swim right out your back door.
The boat slip is visalbe to see your boat with the convience of not launching it in and out.
Teresa is more then pleasant to work with, she is a doll.
I can't say enough. This is definatly our vacation spot in Hot Springs.

| This was a family vacation and we were amazed when we entered the condo. My wife loves a clean place and this even passes her expection. We had more then enough room for our family. We watched movies, played at the pool and had plenty of room on the patio to enjoy a bbq. The view of the lake was perfect for us to video our family at play. Teresa is very pleasant to work with and she goes out of her way to make sure we were set up comfortably. My wife will not stay anywhere else. Thank you. |

Our Girls Weekend Away was just wonderful.Two of my daughters and one daughter-in-law and myself just fell in love with this condo.It is without a doubt the Best!.Beautifully decorated and so much room. Could not ask for anything better!! Teresa was so kind, she had a Birthday Brownie Cake waiting for me and even had the candles to put on it.
This was the PERFECT place for us,THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL and from ALL THE GIRLS we say THANK YOU!!!! |

| O how convenient the boat ramp is and how the slip is also close and visible for you to see your boat from the condo. We arrived and there was cream cheese cake and vanilla ice cream (wanted rockey road) but I guess Hot Springs is already rocky enough. Teresa herself went way above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The Condo is decorated very pretty and we were surprised how much room there is. Very close to downtown markets and shops. Look forward to returning to rocky hot springs. |

| Upon arrival at the condo, we were amazed at the exquisite taste in the decorations, with a different theme in each room. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and delightful. We definitely shall stay again on our next trip. |

| I stayed here with several of my girlfriends. We had a great time. It is a very spacious and clean condo, that is convenient to town. Teresa was great to work with, and she makes the best cookies! I will definitely plan on staying here again. |

| My freinds and I stayed here fore a weekend. We had an awesome time. The rooms were beautiful and there was lots of room for all of us! I highly recommend staying here. It was so great that I plan to stay here again really soon! |
