| This was the perfect place to stay for our "Guys Only" golfing getaway. We didn't spend much time at the house but the time we did spend there was super. We used the grill several times which worked out great. Next time we hope to bring our fishing rods along with our golf clubs. Hope to be able you use your lovely home at least a couple times a year. Might even think about bringing my wife sometime. She would love it. |

Delighted that you had such a wonderful time, glad that you found the house very comfortable. You said that you played 36 holes a day, no wonder you were never at the house! There should have been a few fishing poles and the basics in the garage for you to use. Wives and kids are welcome anytime. Sometimes we just get groups of women having a gals weekend. Careful, your wife and her gal-pals may just plan a weekend without you!

We had a great time in this gorgeous home. The views, layout, and furnishings left nothing to be desired. The owners have really created the perfect retreat for a great and relaxing vacation. We had two families with five children. Everyone had plenty of privacy. The golf courses, indoor swimming pool at the Village, shopping in downtown Hot Springs, racetrack, and the lake kept everyone happy and busy!
The house surpassed our expectations. Everyone wanted to come back again.

| This home is no question the most beautiful spot to stay for large groups! It is only about 30 minutes from Hot Springs National Park and attractions. Hot Springs Village is the most scenic driving you'll find in the region. The home is graciously outfitted with everything you will need (towels, dishes, etc) and beyond clean and comfortable. After spending a week there, we felt so lucky to have found this home for our family's reunion. And the private deck and pier were great for fishing and just enjoying the amazing view. The location in the Village is convenient to the grocery and gas stations and not too far from the marina. One tip -- those fish out there like minnows, not night crawlers. :) |

| We just returned yesterday from your home(Neiman party) and we were very sad to go! We had a group of 10 adults and 2 small children and had a wonderful time. Great seating options indoors and outdoors for everyone to eat together. We loved having our own private lake and the water felt great! We needed 2 or 3 more days and hope to make it an annual trip. We have rented many homes for our group, and yours was by far the best so far. Thank you for having us. |

| This is a wonderful home! Thank you so much for sharing it. 4 Couples stayed here and many more came to enjoy the large family room and fishing. Enough large fish were caught to feed at least 10 people! We will definately rent it again. |

| We had a wonderful time with our family staying in your beautiful home. I loved how large the den was and the abundant seating which allowed all of us plenty of room to gather around the TV and play games and visit. The men have not stopped talking about the amazing golf and I loved gathering around the lake. It was so peaceful to fish with the kids on your lower patio while others caught some sun rays. We cannot wait to repeat this trip. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place for our family to stay. |

Incredible!!!
We had 3 families meet here for Christmas and it was very peaceful. The guys played golf the girls and the kids played games. We will definately be back during the summer to enjoy the lake. |
