| I cannot say enough good things about this place. Townhome is clean, well equipped, very comfortable and larger than expected with 4 different levels. Owners have done a wonderful job of decorating and making this townhome very comfortable. I rented this place for Thanksgiving weekend for my family and I have to say this was by far best accommodation we had. Frank was very nice to do business with I would have no hesitation renting this place again for our next visit to Vail or Beaver Creek. |

| We had a great stay at the Minturn Townhome. It has a very well stocked kitchen (except for a juice pitcher!), very comfortable beds and a great couch to lounge on. Frank was very nice to do business with and I have no complaints! |

The place is great and much larger than I thought it
would be with four different levels. It is brand new
and located in a cool little mountain town near the
big, crowded resort towns. My group did a hut trip
in the nearby wilderness. I would defintely stay
there again, hopefully for the Copper Triangle Bike
Ride this summer. The owners went out of their way
to make sure our stay was a good one, down to
earth people, who you deal with directly. |

| The Minturn Townhouse was a great place to stay and convenient to restaurants and mountains. The townhome is brand new with all the bells and whistles. We skied 4 days and Minturn is centrally located between Vail and BeaverCreek with about a 10 minute drive to either mountain. After a hard day of skiing, the townhome was a comfortable retreat to head back to at the end of the day. We spent a couple of nights going out to local restaurants and a couple of nights staying in to cook in the gourmet kitchen. Overall - it was great place to call home for the 4 days we were there and I'd recommend it to anyone. |
