| We stayed here on the last leg of our 3 week honeymoon and had a brilliant time. The suite exceeded all expectations and really impressed the new wife. The price was also a really good deal, and we would certainly go back. Many Thanks. |

| This was our first experience using VRBO and I must say David and the Signature did it justice. We very much enjoyed a great week in Vegas. Relaxed by the pool all day then headed out at night. Next time we plan to go to Vegas we will be staying at the Signature. We highly recommend it! |

| The juinior suite is absolutely perfect. Ameneties are convinient and a nice touch, access to the strip and other casinos were a simple short distance away, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitly keep David in mind for my next trip and for family/friends! |

First off, I want to highly recommend David as a great guy to work with - not only did we get a good rate (way better than booking through the Signature directly), but we had a bit of an after-booking schedule issue that David quickly and helpfully changed for us. He was always kind and more than accommodating.
Second, the suite was fantastic; I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else in Vegas. The bed was large and comfortable, the kitchenette was fabulous, and the bathroom.. well, I'm going to have a problem when I want to build my own bathroom now, because nothing else is gonna cut it anymore! :)
You won't regret staying at the Signature, and you won't regret booking through David. |

| We just returned from three night's lodging in this junior suite. What a wonderful retreat! The suite is comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is very convenient to all the Las Vegas action, but very quiet when you are ready to be away from the noise. We read the many postive comments when making our reservation and have to agree with all of them! Hope to visit again! |

| This place was perfect! It had everything you need and more for your stay in Vegas. The location was great, the room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and ammenties galore! My favorite was the giant whirlpool bathtub for 2. And the best part were the owners who made sure our stay was flawless! That's what seperates this rental from the others listed for rent at the MGM Signature. They really went above and beyond for us. I highly, highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to Vegas! |

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! - This property is fantastic! The place itself and Dr. Jaget, or "David," the owner, over delivered.
First, the suite has plenty of room. It has all of the functional features one would want (flat screen tv, couch, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.) and the bathroom area was very spacious. The dual sinks and tv came in very handy every morning and the jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax each night.
Besides the property being top notch, the owner, David, went above and beyond. He was more than accommodating and worked with me to help me make my wife's 27th Birthday surprise one to remember.
I highly recommend this property and it's owner, David, for all those looking for a great place to stay in Vegas. |

| We had a fantastic six night break here. The suite is equipped with everything - tv in the bathroom, jacuzzi, sizeable shower, most comfortable pillows and bed I think I've ever slept on, and good basic cooking facilities. A small point but worth noting - this suite is in Tower 1 (of 3) which means you're closest to the MGM Grand, the reception, and the security gate, and there's also a Starbucks in the building. It's on Floor 3 which means no endless lift rides and no problem for those who dislike heights. It's really close to everything, and there are moving walkways to take you to the MGM Grand itself. You enter the MGM Grand very close to the restaurants, shops and monorail entrance, which we used a lot to go up and down the Strip. The Signature staff were extremely professional and helpful. Finally, we paid Mr Jaget the full and final price when booking - we were pleased that there were no hidden fees or costs added on when we arrived at the resort, just tips for the staff at our own discretion. We'd definitely rent this suite again. Many thanks to David! |

The room was beautifully decorated with ample closet space and dresser drawers, drawers in the bathroom etc. The jacuzzi tub and shower were very large and everything was as promised by David. There is a great walkway connecting to the MGM Grande and it is close to the monorail which I used on several occasions. I really enjoyed my stay and the spaciousness of the room sure was wonderful. There is also a very nice 24 hour gym which is included in the price of the stay...unlike some other hotels which charge upwards of $35/use I discovered from my collegues! Thanks David! I hope to stay there again some day.

We had a great time in Las Vegas! We were happy to find the condo just as you said, nice and clean and perfect for the two of us. We left a light footprint.
We appreciated the kitchen facilities. We brought food on the airplane--hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal--so we could have our breakfasts in the room. All we needed was to go downstairs to Starbucks for a tall cup of cold milk for the cereal. This saved us time and money and allowed for more relaxed mornings.
The TV in the bathroom was a big surprise, and so much fun to watch the underwater scenes as a night light--what a kick! The jacuzzi bath was completely relaxing after a hard day of walking.
We had so much fun exploring the casinos and seeing their special attractions. We walked our legs off and saw a lot. You have a great location! It was a wonderful experience and such a change of pace from our regular lives.

| My husband and I stayed in this unit from Jan 10 to the 13th. I am very picky about where I stay and I was extremely pleased with our accomodations. It is located in the closest tower to MGM with a short walk to both the monorail and the casino itself. The unit is clean and had all of the necessities one would want. In addition, within 10 minutes of check in, the owner of the unit called us to make sure everything was what we expected and wondered if there was anything else he could do for us. I have previously stayed at the Bellagio and Mandalay Bay and I would have to say that when booking again, this unit would be my first choice. Thanks for a wonderful stay David. |

| We've stayed in the finest hotels in Las Vegas...and this is the nicest, quietest room so far. Little things like Egyptian cotton towels and Ritz-Carlton like treatment separate the Signature resort from the other hotels on the stip. We will stay here again! |

Our stay at the Signature and in your lovely suite was everything we could have
hoped. Elegant, peaceful and extremely comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the
sheltered outdoor areas. It felt like we had 3 private pools since rarely were
there more than a handful of people enjoying the beautiful service and scenery.
We enjoyed every moment.

Our stay was fantastic. One of the better hotels I have stayed at. Far enough off the strip to have some peacefulness, but close enough through the moving walkway to still be near all the action. The unit looked exactly like the pictures on the Signature MGM Grand website. David, the owner allowed us a late check out on Friday - since we had a late plane ride back home - which allowed us to float the "lazy river" pool at the MGM Grand. This was my first experience with vrbo, but I will be back. Thanks again David,
