Brand new, sparkling clean, great location, great landlord, beautiful warm pool, nice and quiet when you want it...so go and have some fun!

Nice apartment in a new quiet building.
Great location if you plan to bring your boat. Call the marina in advance to reserve your slip. The marina is 5 minutes from the inlet.
Great location, and better prices than Delray properties.
