Well worth the money!! The home was beautiful and more than enough room for everyone. All the ammenities from home, and a great place to stay with kids.
Would recommend the pool heat - we got it and what a difference it made! For the few of us that don't like cold water, having the heat sure kept me in the pool! Could swim at any time and the water was always warm!!
Publix, Walgreens and liquor store right around the corner and honestly 10 mins from Disney and very easy to find!!
We stayed March 09 and will definately be returning. Can't say enough about the property, don't pass this house by!!

We really enjoyed staying in this house at the end of January 2009. I can't imagine what it would have been like to stay in a small hotel room.
We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect since we were traveling with two families to allow each some privacy. The house and pool were both very clean and well appointed. The location was great for us, as we planned to spend every day in Disney. The local stores and restaurants were close and easy to get to.
We will be back! |

| We have never rented before and were not really sure what to expect. WOW! What a great place to stay. The house was clean and very large and comfortable. The patio and pool were fantastic. We had to call the mangager about a minor problem and it was taken care of right away. I will be coming back next year! Thanks Frank!! PS Great location also. Very easy trip to Disney. |

| We stayed at this property in August of 2008. My wife and I would highly recommend this property for anyone with small children. We have chidren ages 1 and 3 and had to make almost no adjustments to the home in order to accommodate our family. We found it to be very child safe. |

| The house was very large and we loved the layout. The pool and spa was beautiful, and very clean. The whole house was very clean, it just needs a little paint and the blinds need to be replaced, other than that, we would definitely recommend Frank's house, it was a lot of house for the money and very comfortable!! |

| I can't even begin to tell you the wonderful vacation we had in Orlando. This house has so much to offer. Everything within the house is clean and up-to-date making it a luxury. Also, believe me, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies are literally a hop, skip, and about 3 minutes away. Don't stay in Orlando any other way! |

| We originally rented this place in October 2005 and stayed there with 5 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for all. Prices reasonable and house beautiful. We are now arranging to stay there in March of 2008 with 4 adults and 4 children and can't wait!!!! |

| We rented the villa the last week in 02/24-03/03/2007. The house and grounds were beautiful, the house was furnished well. The pool was beautiful. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to rent this property again. |

My family and I had the privilage of staying in this beautiful home in Sept.
2006. It is everything it claims to be and more.The owner; Frank was extremely gracious and made it very easy to make our vacation arrangements. It is just a fifteen minute drive from disney and all the theme parks and is in a beautiful quiet community. The wonderful pool and spa was a blessing to come home to after a day at the parks or shopping. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a comfortable and luxurious vacation. |

| We spent Christmas at this huge home and I would recommend it to families. We all had enough spacious room and my Mother loved the second master suite. Management was quick to respond and available. The pool was lovely and enjoyed. All attractions are close by. We really enjoyed this home and I recommend it. |

| We rented the condo at the beginning of December, and let's just say the pictures do not do it justice. This place was very clean, very big and a great place to stay! The pool was loads of fun. We had all adults staying for a wedding and we had a great time! It was in a nice gated community with a Publix, McDonald's, salon, and gas station near by. Very close to Disney. Highly recomend and look forward to using again, maybe for an anniversary! |

What you see is what you get! This is a great home..plenty of room for our large family. We loved having the pool to come home to on those hot days.The Management team was friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this home.

| The house was absolutely immaculate. The area was very quiet and peaceful. It was such a great place to stay, I can't wait to go back. The kids loved the pool, and the fencing around it was a plus. Every parent should consider only rentals that have fencing around their pools when traveling with young children. |
