I can not say enough beautiful things about our experience at the Sobre Vista Estate. For a group of 17, there couldn't have been better accommodations...all together, contained in a beautiful, yet spacious setting. With all of our laughter in the late night, we never felt like we were intrusive or being intruded upon. And when Kelly says "make it your own home"...they mean it...(it even comes with a daily cleaning crew that keeps you from guilt!)
An amazing spot...truly. I would wish it upon any Sonoma/Napa visitor. First Class ALL THE WAY!

| We recently had the pleasure of enjoying our second stay at Sobre Vista to celebrate two special birthdays. The spacious, elegant ambience of the home and grounds make for the ultimate in relaxation. On both visits, several days in this setting with family and friends were so refreshing it was exactly perfect. Kelly is to be thanked for being so patient and adept at hospitality. |

| I rented out Sobre Vista to take my entire office for an offsite retreat, and it worked out perfectly---large, communal areas where we could all gather together and do our brainstorming, but also smaller areas where we could escape from each when necessary. The kitchen's a chef's dream, and the pool allowed everyone to loosen up a bit for the team-bonding to take place. everything about the place is top-notch, and obviously done with an eye to quality. thanks a million! |

| My daughter, ten of her girlfriends, her mother and two aunts had a three day bachelorette celebration at Sobre Vista. We had a fabulous time as we enjoyed the many lovely features of this estate. Kelly was very accommodating and very responsive to our needs and Carmen made our stay very comfortable. While enjoying the sounds of Michael Bublé and Frank Sinatra playing throughout the estate's music system, we dined alfreco overlooking a lovely pool and charming gardens. Memories were made at Sobre Vista and we all agreed that we would love to return someday. |

| My niece had her bachelorette weekend at Sobre Vista and it was beautiful. The rooms were inviting and decorated nicely. The Kitchen was a cook’s dream. It was a pleasure to prepare meals and have a celebration. Kelly was a great host and Carmen was the best. I would return in a heartbeat |

| I brought a group of my girlfriends for a bachelorlette weekend of wine tasting to Sobre Vista. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience and that was due, in part to this wonderful estate! We had plenty of space for our large group to each do what they pleased. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, cooking in the beautiful kitchen and dineing outside together. Owner Kelly Connors couldn't have been kinder or more helpful than he was to our group! We definitly have plans to return to Sobre Vista again! |

| My groomsmen and I wanted to find the nicest place in Sonoma to stay at over my wedding weekend. From the moment I saw Villa Sobre Vista I knew it was the place. It has the charm of an old southern mansion but all of the updated amenities you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Kelly was a pleasure to work with and (along with Carmen) made us feel truly welcome in his family's beautiful home. It is a magical place. Highly recommended! |

What a magical place!! We were there for 5 days this
summer as guests for a 40th birthday. We had an
absolutely fabulous time. The home is fantastic.
Beautifully decorated and appointed, with
comfortable beds and linens, awesome surround
sound, great pool and patio area. Carmen was
super - friendly, quiet and efficient. Loved every
minute of it - would come back at any opportunity. |

| I held a surprise 40th birthday weekend for my wife at Sobre Vista in Sonoma. My wife and I and our eight guests had a fantastic weekend. Sobre Vista is absolutely beautiful and impeccably well cared for. We had every amenity we could have possibly needed or wanted and we felt like royalty. Carmen and Kelly were so helpful and a real pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. We had an over the top weekend we will never forget. thank you so much. |

| Sobre Vista was a truly amazing place for our group's reunion. Everyone was extremely impressed with the house. No detail was overlooked. From the fine linens to the well equipped kitchen we had it all. We had 12-14 people throughout the weekend and everyone was very comfortable. The setting is beautiful and quite peaceful. Kelly was so accommodating and responsive in making the arrangements. Carmen keeps the houses immaculate and was very helpful during our stay. We have already decided that we will be coming back to Sobre Vista. We can't wait!! |

| Sobre Vista was the perfect venue for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Groomsmen and bridesmaids from all over the country converged at this incredible setting for a fabulous extended celebration. Kelly and Dan were both so accommodating and Carmen, the housekeeper was wonderful. She even ironed one of the Bride's maid's dresses. The house could not have been restored to any greater degree! The kitchen is fabulous with state of the art appliances and our catering friend, Denise was awestruck with delight. There was plenty of room and privacy so my 87 year old mother and the funloving groomsmens all had space to do their thing! This is definitely a place to return to again and again for any number of occasions. |

Our group rented Sobre Vista for our 25th annual get together. We have rented some fabulous homes over our 25 years, however none come close to Sobre Vista! We all felt like we had finally "arrived" and will return year after year. We loved the grounds, beautiful home, and the special treatment we received. Kelly is the best and most accomodating owner/manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I can't wait until next year and will most certainly book Sobre Vista for any corporate events that might come up.

Sobre Vista was a paradise for my brother's 40th birthday celebration. Walking into this villa was like paradise. Everyone who came is was oohing and awwing at how amazing the bedrooms were, how well kempt the pool and grassy areas were, and the expanse of the property. I can't say enough about this place, other than simply amazing. I want to have my 40th birthday party here, as well as many other family or friend celebrations.
Our party ranged from 16-22 people through the weekend. We were all very comfortable and happy! |

My family and closest friends celebrated my 50th
birthday at Sobre Vista. We had the most beautiful
and memorable weekend, both for myself and my
family. Every detail of the house is first class, from
the dishes and stemware to the linens and robes,
and Kelly and Carmen the housekeeper who visits
every day could not have been more accomodating.
We filled all 7 bedrooms, and everyone was
extremely happy with their rooms. We had crocket,
bacci ball and badmitton on the front lawns, and
the pool was constantly in use. It was an amazing
weekend full of smiles and laughter, and we are
planning next year already!

Our Stay at Sobre Vista was priceless. The house was very warm and homely, yet large and comfortable enough to accommodate for all 18 of us. The Kitchen was more than sufficiently equipped allowing us to cook ourselves a beautiful steak and lobster dinner. Perpetuating the dining experience at this house were the beautiful high-rise glass windows all around the 20 seat dining table giving us beautiful views of Sonoma while we had our dinner. As a matter of fact, the views from almost every room of the house are spectacular.
The pool area was perfect for brunch and afternoon bbq’s, while the salon with its beautiful fireplace, its grand piano and majestically casual ambiance was the perfect place for a post dinner social gathering.
We were here for a special occasion, and I could not have imagined it turning out better. Most importantly, Kelly was very accommodating, hospitable and kind in every sense of the word. Great place and great service can only mean a perfect weekend getaway.
All the best to Kelly and the Conners. We hope to do this again soon.

Our week long stay at Sobre Vista in March 2007
was one of the most memorable experiences my
family has ever had. The estate has a unique
balance of style, warmth and character. But what
really made our visit so enjoyable was the personal
attention we received on a daily basis from Kelly
and his team. Everything we could possible need
was provided for – even daily maid service (who
even did the dishes!)
With seven bedrooms across three living areas, we
were able to accommodate my family and in-laws
very comfortably, and worth it--especially
considering how much it would cost to find all
those hotel rooms!
The location is also ideal if you are a wine
enthusiast, as it is right in the heart of Sonoma.
All of us had a wonderful time and thoroughly
enjoyed our stay at Sobre Vista -- we can't wait to
come back next year!

| My husband, brother and sister in law had the amazing experience of staying at Sobre Vista this past April. It was part of a package that I purchased at the annual JDRF Gala in San Francisco. The house and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The layout and the grounds are so beautiful and the attention to detail by Kelly and the staff was superb. They even delivered freshly laid eggs for our breakfast. We hated to leave and are looking forward to another memorable visit to Sobre Vista. I recently had the most extraordinary experience. I stayed at Dobre Vista-the wine country's Luxury Vacation Rental for a week. The house itself has many divine rooms, each with its own personality and beautifully designed. The kitchen is an epicurean's fantasy! I remember the nites when I sat by the pool, or read a book on the porch, feeling totally at peace and serene,
surrounded by the hills of Sonoma.

colleagues at Sobre Vista during the 10th Annual
Sonoma Valley Film Festival. It was an amazing
experience. The estate brought back a feeling of
"Gatsby-esque" living with its super high ceilings

Film Festival in April. This is without
a doubt one of the most breathtaking

When you walk in the door to Sobre Vista, the rest
of the world disappears. The gorgeous windows
overlook breathtaking views, soaring ceilings

The house of Sobre Vista made our wedding that
much more special. We rented the house for some
of our closest friends to stay in and everyone had a
wonderful experience. Every detail of the house is
thought through and you can feel the important
history of the home of past days combined with the
simple elegance and modern amenities of today.
Such a magnificent home! It also made for some
beautiful wedding portraits. We are excited to
