My family spent a week in Andrew's condo. The location is incredible, on the beach in Bolongo Bay. The views from the condo are incredible. We had many meals on the deck watching the sunset.
Andrew was so easy to work with, very responsive and informative.
I would definitely rent from him again.
Enjoy his paradise!

I have stayed at this condo 3 different times in the past 2 years and absolutely love it. The location is ideal, with three restaurants/bars within walking distance but it is still very private & beautiful!
The condo is literally right on the beach and has the absolute BEST view as it is a top floor end unit....I am certain no other unit in this complex has such a great view! In addition to having a very private and beautiful beach, there is also a fabulous pool to enjoy.
The unit itself is really nice, the owner has clearly taken great care of it and made several upgrades. Something I am picky about when I travel is the bed linens and these are great.....really high thread count, comfy down comforters, great pillows, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a brand new stove so it is a breeze to cook in. The huge balcony overlooking the beach is perfect for relaxing on with a glass of wine.
The condo has everything you could want, from cable TV and free WiFi to plenty of good books, games, and beach towels. There are even rafts, beach toys and coolers in the hall closet!
Andrew (the owner) has been fabulous to work with every time we have stayed here. He responds quickly and courteously to your inquiries and obviously takes great care of the condo. I would (and have) highly recommend this rental to anyone staying on St. Thomas! |

We just returned from our vacation in St. Thomas. It was absolutely wonderful!! The condo is clean and surprisingly large. Met wonderful and helpful people. The pool is a great place to meet new friends with great dinner recommenations. Latitude 18 is a must. Hard to find but worth the search Car rental is a must. Easy to get around the island and took the ferry to St. John and toured the island. Drivers are considerate, not like the U.S. Thanks Andrew for a great and memorable vacation. Will recommend to others.

We're back and just wanted to let you know we had an awesome time. We met several helpful locals that made sure we got around to where we wanted to go. There was a small earthquake on Saturday morning before 7am but not bad. Thanks for the condo and we have told several friends about your site on VRBO. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

We stayed at the Watergate Villas East unit 17-30 owned by Andrew Malone and we had a wonderful stay. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. It was my mother & father-in-law, my mother, my husband, my 6 month old son and me! We slept with the sliding door to the balcony open every night...listening to the ocean - it was wonderful.
What I loved about renting the condo rather than staying at a hotel is that you don't have to eat out for every meal. We shopped at the Food Center and the Marine Market in Red Hook and ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Grocery prices are a little pricey but not too terrible. It was nice to just relax in the mornings and not have to go anywhere to eat.
Andrew Malone is very kind and helpful.
Unit 17-30 is located the closest to Bolongo Bay Resort and is an end unit. When you step out onto the balcony you literally overlook the ocean and the beach and not the roof top of another condo building. While we were there we called up a Realtor and looked at some other condos in Bolongo Bay. Some of them were Watergate and some were in the condos further back (I can't remember what they were called). If we were to buy a condo I would buy one in Watergate because the location is fantastic.
Staying in Bolongo Bay was perfect for us because it is nice and quiet and if you don't want to, you don't every have to leave. Iggies restaurant/bar is right there with great food and atmosphere. There are two nice restaurants right there too - Mims at the Watergate and The Lobster Grille at Bolongo Bay Resort.
If you are going back and forth between renting a car or using taxi's....don't even consider NOT renting a car. It's not worth it. Renting a car was worth the money to be independant and not have to deal with taking taxi's with their expensive fares.
If you are traveling with a child - take your own car seat, it wasn't a big deal to check it with our luggage. Bring your own formula. I decided to wait to buy what I needed there but had to go to three different stores to find Similac Advance in the powder where it was $7.00 more. I didn't have a problem waiting to buy diapers there though. They were only $5.00 more per pack but they seem to only have Pampers Baby Dry (no swaddlers or cruisers) and Huggies and are a little bit limited on sizes. I needed size 3 and not every place had them.
Definitely go to St. John. We took the ferry from Red Hook. Trunk Bay had the best snorkeling.

| We really loved this villa! The top corner unit provides optimal views, and affords privacy. It is decorated tastefully, and the views from the living room/dining area, kitchen, & master bedroom are spectacular! The balcony is an oversized one with PLENTY of room to walk around, and enjoy the views while experiencing the pleasant ocean breeze. This place is not only suitable for families, but for seniors too, as there are 3 restaurants right in the resort area so you don't have to travel very far at night unless you choose to. In late Jan, early February there were just enough people to make it interesting, but not overly crowded or noisy at all. We highly recommend this rental property. |

Andrew, Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed staying at your condo. It had a beautiful view,we fell asleep listening to the waves and woke up to beautiful sunrises. We had 3 teenagers with us, my daughter, son and his girlfriend so the way the bathroom is set up for the 2nd bedroom worked out great. We did some snorkeling to the left of the dock at bolongo and saw a sea turtle, a puffer fish and alot of other small fish,it was great.Iggy's had really good food and we ate there alot. The pool was nice and never very many people there...Hopefully we will get to come back to St Thomas again,we would definitely stay at your condo again, Thanks, Carol Turner

Andrew, I am SO glad we were finally able to get to St Thomas for a week instead of a few hours. It is a beautiful place, and even driving on the "wrong side" was fun. The eight of us want to let the world know that Bolongo Bay and your condo (and Karen's) are the perfect places to explore the islands, play on the beaches, and relax all your cares away. (We spent loads of time in both places!) You have decorated a lovely island retreat and it made our stay even more wonderful. Back home, but dreaming of sunrises over the water and dinners in the soft breezes at Bolongo Bay. 'Til next time.... our heartfelt thanks!
