We rented this home for February of 2009. The house was everything we had hoped for, bright, airy, clean, and large. Located on the 8th hole of the SPI golf course, the house is surrounded by shrubs, palms and grass. The location was excellent, a short walk to a wonderfully heated pool, club house and exercise room. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. It is about a 20 minute drive to South Padre Island - 15 to Port Isabel, so the location for us was terrific. The island and the town of Port Isabel, has terrific restaurants (Try La Casa del Mar, and Blackbeards). We had a perfect stay in this home!
The home owner, Mark, was helpful, and responsive to any requests we made. I would recommend this property without reservation! Great place to stay!
