WOW!!! What a great place. It was so nicce to visit with our sons in a house with plenty of room for everyone to streatch out. This is so centrally located we could be almost anywhere in 30 minutes. It was great.

What a nice relaxing week despite of all the rain! Lovely accommodations with everything we could possibly need and more. How nice to be welcomed "home" to wine and delicious muffins!
Even after spending humdreds of dollars by visiting Charlestons tourist attractions such as Patriots point, FT. Sumpter, ghost tours, harbor cruises and hymans seafood, the memories our family will treasure the most are the abundance of fish that were caught right in our own back yard. There was nothing more priceless than the expression on the face of the boys as they reeled in thier first catfish and large-mouth bass.

This was our second stay at your home. The first time was for our younger granddaughter’s birthday in July. This time, for our older granddaughter's birthday.
Your home is just as nice in the winter as it is in the summer. Tony & our son were able to do a little fishing which is very relaxing for them. We had a VERY enjoyable stay.
We loved the Christmas decorations… what a wonderful touch.

Dear Nita & Tom,
We want to thank you for a wonderful, clean and beautiful home to stay in when we flew into Charleston for my husband's military reunion. Charleston is great! But it was nice to get back to a less crowded area with much tranquility. Everything we needed was made available to us, and even when we did not understand the set up for the Direct TV, your husband was so gracious to drop what he was doing and come to our rescue. You have a lovely decorated home with all the touches of one's home. Our reunion was wonderful! The Mill House was the center of our reunion, but we were so happy to be staying a little distance away. Instead of having a "room", we had a whole house for ourselves and another couple and it was like being home. We had times that we cooked and ate in and that was great. We personally try not to stay at any hotels unless we have to. We've been happy with VRBO and met some wonderful people like yourselves. We do hope to be back at some time after our future trips are taken. Thank You again for your kindness. It was a great house!

What a gorgeous place. My two sisters and I meet here for a reunion… I can’t begin to tell you what fun we had. We took a privet carriage- ride, had high Tea for 4 hours at one of Charleston’s best restaurants downtown and even braved the Jail tour that was so much fun.
We want to thank you for all you did in making our trip memorable. You could see all the lovely touches you have made in the home and not to mention the outstanding hospitality.

We just loved our trip, the home was decorated with such tasted, and the colors were soothing and relaxing. We had a wonderful time sightsee in Charleston Historical area and the drive was a breeze… It was easy, just 20-25 minutes, we will definitely be back and Nita was so kind to do everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.

| Great House, Nice People to rent from! We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to avoid the "City Noises". 20 minute easy commute to Charleston about the same to the Plantations. Plenty of dining options (We recommend the Red Pepper). Very Helpful Visitors Center, they have discount coupons for everything. | We enjoyed our stay during the Cooper River Bridge Run weekend. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet; not too far from Charleston, and very much like being at home. We were able to fix dinner for my son's future inlaws (?!) without fighting the crowds. Much better than a hotel, we would stay there again. |
