| Stayed July 07. What a great condo..nice view from deck..close to TPC and Marriott. Professionally decorated with fantastic den and new dpl tv. Owner extremely easy to work with. Will stay there again. |

| We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2007. It is in great shape. Very convenient to the Marriot at Sawgrass. It has a great view and we loved the back porch. I would definately rent it again. |

| I have stayed at this address, during the winter months, for the past three years. It will be my home again this coming winter season. The condo is extremely well kept, very comfortable and with a plethora of relaxing amenities. The fully screened rear lanai overlooks a small lake adjacent to the TPC Country Club. Very quiet surroundings in a beautiful neighborhood. |
