| My family has been coming down to Sanibel-Captiva for almost 20 years. After staying at Sanibel for the second year, we are ready to "TRADE-UP". The accomadations and locale are IDEAL. You can bet on us returning for many years to come. Thank you Erin and Todd! P.S. On a scale of 1-10, our 6 year old daughter rates it a 12. |

| Sanibel is so beautiful !!!!! We had a wonderful time. Your condo is beautiful and well maintained it had everything we could possibably need and more. You were very helpful with the menus and recommendations for places to go and things to do. We have told all our friends what a wonderful place Sanibel Island is and we are looking forward to our return trip !!!!! |

| We stayed in your condo 3/28/09 for one week, and it was heaven! This was peak Spring Break season, and yet we felt so relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle. The condo is really lovely...well maintained, comfortable furnishings, and we appreciated the beach chairs in the closet, too! View was awesome, as you had gulf view plus looking right down at pool to keep track of kids. We highly recommend this condo. Owners were so nice to work with as well. |

| This condo was wonderful! It really is nicer than the pictures show. The view of the ocean and pool was great. The shelling on this beach is so much fun, our kids loved it! We hope to visit again sometime. Thanks so much! |

Our week vacation was wonderful! Your condo is very
spacious for a family of six. We started each day by walking along the beach and then sitting on the lanai for breakfast. We also enjoyed golfing and found wonderful shopping and restaurants close by. Thank you for your selection of restaurants and things to do.....it was like paradise! We will be back!

| Wow - what a great week we had! Condo was accurately described on the webpage and Sanibel exceeded our expectations! Erin & Todd had everything on hand that was needed - beach charis, umbrella, waher/dryer, big TV, etc. Condo was in great shape - our favorite area was the lanai with great views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. We'll be back! |

The website depicted an accurate discription of both the unit,the complex, and the island itself and exceeded all our expectations.
