A wonderfully cozy beach cottage. A few steps to the private beach. A very short walk to the public beach with lifeguards. Friendly neighbors offer advice on where to find the best of everything in Cape Cod. Near many great places to eat and fun things to do.

Excellent little place to stay. Clean, cozy and near the beach and restaurants. A definate rebooking for us. Well worth the $$.

Cute, clean, comfortable cottage with great location.
Very short walk to the beach-easy for small kids and
close to favorites like Sundae School and the Dog
House.
