| We spent last week at the condo and had a great time. It was very comfortable. and it was great having a kitchen to cook in. It was very easy to get groceries at the Publix (which also had this really great cranberry pumpkin seed bread). The kids loved going to the beach in the mornings and hanging out at the pool in the afternoons. We're all ready to go back! |

| We had a wonderful girls weekend. The condo was roomy enough for five-six and the pool was just steps away, through a nice grassy area. The beach was across the street but not a far walk at all. The condo was very, very clean and nicely decorated. We had a great time! Thanks so much! |

We're so glad you and "the girls" had a great weekend at our condo! I had so much fun down there last year when we were furnishing and decorating -- we shopped from Destin to Panama city and had so much fun! I really do see our condo as an affordable option for a beach vacation -- one that offers a great location and relaxing ambiance.

| The condo is very nice and tastefully decorated - a rarity for beach property. The beach is literally just a moment's walk away - close enough to hear the sound of the ocean from the balconies. We are already planning to go back! |

Great condo with lots of conveniences. It is an easy walk to the beach, even with small children. In the condo complex, it is also just steps out the back door to the pool. For kids, there is also a nice back yard area and lots of trails and walking paths to explore. Bike riding in and around the complex is also fun and it is very easy to get to the miles of bike paths that line Fort Walton beach. The condo itself is very cozy and comfortable and decorated with families as well as adult guests in mind. Lots of nice touches! Thanks for sharing your place. We will be back!

Spring break at your beach place was great! We have stayed in many beach homes--and this is my favorite thus far--now that we have been here I can not imagine staying anywhere else in this area--we have already emailed you about our next trip---hoping we can rent from you again.
