| We absolutely Loved our two week stay at the Villa! It was a beautiful home! When we arrived the Villa was very clean and set up beautifully! The whole family enjoyed the pool and Hot Tub. It was located close to everything we wanted to do! We are definately going to be renting this villa again in the future! |

Have been to Florida now six times since 2002 and I must say this villa was OUTSTANDING/BEAUTIFUL it ticks every box in my eyes
The only little hitch we had was opening the front door don’t know if it was us or the lock?? just seemed a little temperamental
also having the Wal-Mart only a short walk away was great - BRYAN has been great with us since booking this and even called while we were in the villa to check everything was ok, If you want a stunning villa in a peaceful area you found it here, - cant wait to book again loved it there and love florida,

| Bryan, Paula, Paul and all, what a wonderful vacation stay we had! Our first vacation couldn't have been better. A beautiful well maintained place to stay made us feel welcome and comfortable. We never had a want for anything. Thank you so much for making our vacation the wonderful memory it is. |

| we have just returned from Southern Dunes after spending 3 glorious weeks there,the villa had everything we needed and more,our 3 children never mentioned the word bored which was a first . tennis couts and play area on your doorstep giving the kids some independence but still quite safe,and dont get me started on Walmart[24 hours].Brian himself is a mine of information and most helpful.we would return in the morning. |

Re 1145 mariner cay drive,
we found this villa fantastic it was clean and had everything we needed.
I would recommend this to anyone.
The owner was more than helpful with all our needs & we hope to go again soon
