HI! We are Jim and Ann Dolfin. Last year when we decided to become "snow birds", we were fortunate enough to find JulieAnn Stone on the internet. We have since become good friends!
When you see pictures of a home you are planning to stay in for a number of weeks, though they may appear that the place is neat and clean, you just can not be certain. Well, the minute we walked into JulieAnn's town house we knew this was just what we had wanted. It was neat, clean, and decorated so very cute that we fell in love with it immediately! We had everything we needed to make it "our home". JulieAnn went out of her way to make us feel at home. Any little thing we needed to know or need, all we had to do was give her a call and it was taken care of.
The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We come from a very small community in the Midwest so living in a large area such as Mesa was a bit intimidating. We soon learned that getting around the area was very easy. Grocery stores were within walking distance, as well as a beauty salon, manicure/pedicure salon, hardware store, Hallmark, Wells Fargo bank, and several restaurants. Even a UPS store for mailing home gifts to our grandchildren!
Though we will no longer be renting from Julie Ann, we bought a place very near by, we plan on keeping in contact with her from now on, as well as one of "our neighbors" we became friends with by the townhouse.
Please do not hesitate to rent your "home away from home" from JulieAnn. You may also gain a wonderful friend from your experience!
We mean every word of it!!

Dear JulieAnn, We just want to THANK YOU for allowing us to spend a part of our winter in your lovely home. It did not take long for us to feel right at home, with the flowers on the patio, where we spent a lot of time, to the neatly decorated living area, to the confy bed. We couldn't have asked for more. See you next year!
