WOW...what a great vacation home! We can only underscore what other families have said here...the property is fabulous, and Randy and Sharon are absolutely wonderful! Even with all of the amazing southern CA attractions that we visited, our family could not wait to get back to "our" house each time.
We have encountered one problem, however: Withdrawal from this resort-like home and returning to real life has proven quite challenging!!! |

| Our family had such a wonderful time at this vacation rental. It fit our needs and wants perfectly. The home is so beautiful and the yard is gorgeous. The pool area was the biggest hit. We played in it every day. Our family found ourselves wanting to just stay at the property and play and relax. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Great job Goodman's. | Absolutely GORGEOUS!! Pictures do not do this house justice and the beds are unbelievably comfortable! Thank you so much Sharon and Randy for sharing your home with us. We had an awesome time in CA and had a hard time getting away from the house to enjoy the San Diego area. We will definitely be looking you up again when we come back. Thanks again! |

There is a reason that when you look at the
calendar for this house it is booked all summer.
Where do I begin?? When you drive up the driveway
you realize right away that you have made the
perfect choice of a home to spend a week with
family or friends. The house has amazing curb
appeal. After you enter the home you are stunned
by the ample room in the great room with kitchen
attached area. But the real beauty comes with the
privacy of the enormous back yard. The pool/spa
was plenty big for our group of 13 people with
generous seating areas around the pool and fire pit.
The sand volleyball courts, badminton court,
horseshoe pits, ping pong table, darts, pool table,
and wii games provide hours of entertainment for
the little ones as well as the older children (men)!!
The nights are incredibly quiet and relaxing. We
made breakfast and dinner nearly every day and the
kitchen had all the necessities of home. There were
more than enough beds to provide sleeping
quarters for our large group. The beds were quite
comfy!!! Our group loved the house and would not
hesitate to stay there again!! Sharon and Randy
were very accommodating hosts and made us feel
at home. Thanks for the memories that will be
cherished forever!! Anyone thinking of renting this
property.....look no further you have found your
dream vacation home!! |

Sharon and Randy,
We had a really great time meeting up with our family at your house. We found everything we needed (thanks for all the pool towels, kitchen amenities, and all the great games!), and we hardly wanted to leave to visit the great sightseeing destinations we had planned.

| A fabulous time was had by all!! We booked the house as an alternative to a hotel for a business planning meeting, and added a holiday get together because the house was so great. The home is beautifully appointed (comfy beds and lots of seating) and had great activity options for all ages. Billiards, ping pong, volleyball, basketball and a pool with jacuzzi all on site entertainment. The owners made our stay extra enjoyable with their attention to detail; they even provide mapquested directions to all the popular SoCal attractions, but why drive in traffic when you can enjoy your own personal resort? Our group travels for a living, and we all felt like here we had a home away from home. We will definitely be back!! |

Our family has rented vacation houses for several years, but never have we rented a home! The home was beautiful, with every amenity. The pool was the biggest I have ever seen and the hot tub was hard to leave!
The setting was gorgeous, the mountains in the distance, the humming birds and flowers profuse.
Our family had a relaxing time and next time we have the opportunity to visit sunny California we will be sure to stay at this home. |

| WOW! I can not say enough about this house! Our entire family enjoyed every aspect of this house. From grandparents to infants, everyone had a blast. The pool, badmitten court, ping pong table, pool table, too many things to list, was all used and enjoyed. This house is maintained very well, is very clean and Randy and Sharon are the best hosts. If you are looking for a vacation home, you have found it! This property is truly amazing. My children had just as much fun at the house as they did in Disney. Thank you for opening up your wonderful house and letting us create memories! We will be back! |

| What an amazing house and an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful and has everything you need! Even two coffee pots so you didn't have to keep making more! Randy and Sharon are gracious hosts. Ready to help in any way possible. We would jet off to a destination one day, Sea World, the Zoo, Legoland, and then relax and enjoy the house and all the toys another. WE never ran out of stuff to do or not do. Noone wanted to leave. Thanks again for a most relaxing vacation! |

| What a treat! We were able to hang out at the pool or jump in the car and be in San Diego in 30 minute. It was great for the adult children to have all the big kid toys while the babies had a rest. What a comfortable, enjoyable home for all. Thanks again for your willingness to share it with us. We have recommended it to friends already! |

We were so spoiled that we have decided that this house is the new standard- and you set the bar HIGH- for our future get togethers. And the HDTV, very nice.

We had the best family Christmas ever at this beautiful home! Sharon and Randy were perfect hosts, down to the smallest details! For a large extended family ranging from preschoolers, teenagers, parents and grandparents, the layout, amenities, and location of the home were perfect. The kids rated the game room ++++ parents rated the game room location (garage)++++. Kids could be out there all night and not disturb anyone. Private location and easy to get to anything that was needed...Perfect!!

| Just returned from an amazing week in Escondido. The house is amazing! The only thing better than the house is Sharon and Randy themselves. They helped us prior to arriving in California and during our week stay. We had everyone from a baby, toddlers, parents and grandparents staying at the house and we were all equally satisfied and entertained. House is beautiful inside and out. Kids loved the pool and playground! Many late nights were spent in the game room. It is also a fantastic location to everything. It was an honor staying at your home and meeting your family..Thanks for everything! |
