| Great location, lovely villa with well supplied kitchen, and lots of information about local activities and restaurants! Beach was so close and the pool was great--our teenage kids had a great time biking around. |

| We LOVED the villa! It is exactly as the pictures show. Our older kids loved going to the pool at night while the parents watched from the balcony. We look forward to another visit next year. |

| We had a great stay at the villa. It is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to all. The view is so nice and it is a quick walk to the beach. The building and grounds are very well kept. We will most definitely be back to this villa. |

Great condo! Everything was just as pictured, if not better. We have stayed in Jeff's other condo several times and are so glad that he has another one available now! It is very reassuring to be able to plan a vacation and know your accommodations will always be better than anticipated. We look forward to staying in the condo again when we visit Hilton Head. We spent 2 great weeks at Jeff's beautiful villa. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful. Upgraded linens and towels were a nice touch. We hope to be back again.

| Words can not describe how beautiful this Villa is. It has everything you could possibly need and more. We loved the luxurious fuzzy blankets in the closets! My friend and I traveled with our 2 young boys, ages 6 and 9. This resort and villa is fabulous for young families. We will definately return and hopefully stay in this same villa! |

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. Our family has stayed in many condos at Admiral's Row through the years. This was the best one yet! Very nicely redone.
