I brought a Women's softball team into your home and they were astonished to say the least.
Not to discount the pool/hot tub and spacious deck, but the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms allowed all fourteen of us plenty of space to feel very comfortable and not overcrowded.
This is my second time staying in the Disney Villa Gianessa, and I won't look anywhere else!

We vacationed at Villa Gianessa in August, 2009. The accommodations of the house were lovely and very spacious. After running to the parks everyday and getting home so late - the one comment from my 8 year old niece was - if we do this again can we spend more time at the house!
We will highly recommend any of our friends going to Disney or Universal to stay at Villa Gianessa!

We just got back from our stay at the Villa Gianessa. Nice and clean, We were there on a service trip to work at Give Kids the World. Your house was great, lots of room, plenty of bathrooms & with 12 girls you need alot of space. We got plenty of use of the pool and game room. WE hope to be back next year.

We just got back from a 10 day say at Villa
Gianessa. There were 10 of us ranging in age from
2 to 79. We all had a blast! The home was clean
and comfortable and roomy. Everything I needed
for my baby was already there and there were lots
of toys and games for the kids. I truly only had to
pack clothes! The owner was a joy to work with.

My family and I just returned from our vacation. We stayed at Villa Gianessa for 4 days with 12 people. The home was beautiful with all the amenities of being at home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I will be planning our vacation for next year and would love to book Villa

| My family (2 children,spouses and five grandchildren) just returned from Florida and I must say Villa Gianessa was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. Both young and old, that's me, love the pool, hottub, game room etc. Even with eleven people, we never felt crowded in such an enormous house. Lovely setting, beautiful home in a gated community, that begs you to come an enjoy. Looking to return in a couple of years and will be staying at the Villa Gianessa. I highly recommend all to stay there and enjoy. |

| Our stay at Terra Verde was wonderful. Several members of my family and I vacationed in Florida to take the children to Disney, and our accomadations at the Villa in Terra Verde suited all our needs very well. The villa was clean, roomy, all the conviences of home with every electronic need, pool and spa. I would definetly recommend this to all I know who trave to Disney, with or without children. The resort community was emaulate, and all the properties were manicured and very well maintained. The guarded and gaited entrance added to the security for a very relaxing vacation. The resort also provided a range of activities for children of all ages. After staying in the villa of Terra Verde Resort, I would not do a hotel stay again. I look forward to returning very soon. |

| My family (including grandchildren) just returned from Villa Gianessa just before school started. We all enjoyed our stay there so much that noone was ready to return home. First of all, it felt just like we were at home! The villa was nice and clean and soooo convenient. We were close to almost any eatery you could name, but who wanted to go to the eateries when the kitchen facilities there were awsome. Everything was set up to cook right there, the bedrooms were nice and clean with clean linen with washing facilities. The kids just could not get enough of the screened in pool as well as the gameroom. We watched T.V. when we got back from the parks. Have recommended to all my friends. Truly worth every penny! |

| The villa is nice! From the moment we arrived, it felt as if it was our house. Everything is very clean, starting with the spacious bedrooms which 4 of them have their own bathroom (which the kids and everyone loved). It has a huge and well equipped kitchen. The enclosed pool area is spacious and a nice to have when getting home from an exhausting day at the parks. The game room is a lot of fun for the young and the not so young too. The clubhouse has a friendly staff, and a nice bar, basketball, volleyball, and children’s playground. The one thing we would like to add here is that the owners are super nice and this is what really closes the circle and gives you a truly pleasurable experience. Try it you will not regret it. |

Now that should say something!! Everything was clean and comfortable, and it made a great haven after a hectic day at the parks. | DISNEY VILLA GIANESSA WAS A MAGIC CASTLE FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE OWNERS WAS WONDERFUL, THEY CHECK IN WITH US PRIOR TO LEAVING AND UPON ARRIIVAL. WE WERE THERE THE 4TH OF JULY WEEK AND WAS AMAZE HOW CLOSE THE RESORT WAS TO EVERYTHING. The La Salle Summer Immersion Trip to serve at Give Kids The World Village stayed in your beautiful home in June, 2008. We were very impressed with the spacious rooms, the number of bathrooms, the extemely well equipped kitchen and the pool. The boys really made use of the game room in the garage.
We also enjoyed swimming at the Clubhouse pool and playing sand volleyball there.
We had a great stay and hope to be back next year.

| This villa was outstanding. We stayed with 9 men on a golfing vacation and couldn't have asked for anything more. Close to many outstanding golf courses and convienient to the nightlife at Disney/Universal. The amenities where fabulous. Spacious and everyone had there own bed. We play golf in March every year and would definitely stay at this Villa again. Terra Verde is much better that "suite" hotels. Owners where accomadating, helpful, and very timely. Great place + Great Owners + Great Area = Awesome VACATION.... WE'LL BE BACK |

Our stay at Villa Gianessa exceeded our expectation - the house has everything one need to a vacation period in the DisneyWorld area - comfort, facilities (all working well), safety, good location near the parks and shopping areas, in a neat and nice Resort - Terra Verde. We were a party of 11, ranging in age from 4 to 60, and from the little girl to her grandfather the opinion was unanimous - everybody enjoyed the stay and regretted not having more leisure time at the house (pool, game room, etc.) due to the time spent at the various parks and local attractions.
Also impressive: we didn't meet personally the owner or any people of the management company - everything was ready when we arrived, and was kept properly (swimming pool)during our stay.
Whenever we visit the area, we would definitely choose to stay at Villa Gianessa again.

Hello Helen,
Just got back from our vacation and I wanted to thank you for letting us rent your house. The house is gorgeous minutes away from everything we wanted to do. After traveling for most of the morning on the first day the lanai with the pool and hot tub was a great place to let the children work off some energy in the water while we relaxed. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us in the house, and my son became addicted to ping pong in the beautiful games room. The only unfortunate part was that we only had three days to enjoy your house, but we are working on plans to rent the house the same time next year for a longer period, hopefully it is available.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa Gianessa. The house is exactly like the pictures and description. It is without a doubt the best place to stay. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were definite highlights to us. All screened in and with the safety gates. Our grand daughter was in the pool every chance she got. My parents (in their 70's) enjoyed everything from the comfortable bed (on the first floor) to the game room! We had four generations stay at the Villa and a great time was had by all!
The home was kept up beautifully and very clean. See you next year. All 4 generations will be back again! |

Your home worked for us during our stay in Orlando. The kids each had their own
bedroom and bath. They all share a bathroom or two at home. This enabled them
to get up and go to the parks. "Ernesto" was over-rated in Florida despite the rain
back home. The parks had minor crowds and lines for popular rides. Between the weather channel playing repeats
from Katrina, last year, and Ernesto, this year it was confusing on TV. The kids and I
like to scuba dive while visiting coastal areas so we check the NOAA website and radio
broadcasts for weather information and they never indicated more than heavy rain for
the area. It gave us the confidence to continue a road trip through the South towards
your home. I found the Wal-Mart and Publix on 192. The markets worked out great
for us. Two thirds of our meals were on the road, so when we arrived in Orlando, we
were ready for some home cooking. The kitchen worked well for me. I really liked
your large coffee maker. The pool and spa were wonderful too. We have a pool at home
so everyone knew how to handle themselves. The beds were comfortable and after a
long day in a park, who can't sleep?
Thanks for renting us your home in Orlando. Mona and I will be sure to tell others about it.
