We have had a thoroughly wonderful time! The condo is one of the nicer ones we have stayed in - the personal touches really made the difference! My 21 year old son even commented on how nice everything was! I did want to let you know that the TV remote wasn't working consistently so we replaced the batteries and that seemed to do the trick! My son used the boogie board on the back porch and I'm sorry to say that it broke when a wave hit it. Anyway we left 2 new ones in its place and also left an air mattress - hope you or someone can put them to good use.
Thanks again for your warm hospitality in sharing your condo! I definitely hope to be back again!

We had a great time. Love the place, decorated so nice, comfy beds, new linens, nice grass area off the back porch and a boardwalk right outside to walk to the beach, had everything there we needed and the weather was great. We will be back and refer you.

What a memorable Memorial Day weekend this will be. I was drawn to this cute little spot when I saw the photos on VRBO- and it's actually CUTER than I even imagined!! We have stayed at a lot of places both here and at Rockport. The first quality that I liked about you was your genuine hospitality! It's so nice to feel appreciated and valued as a renter- and you do it with every little detail. I cook a lot and I found the kitchen to have EVERYTHING I could possible need- which enabled me to make Shrimp Parmigiana with the beautiful shrimp that I bought in town. We are so appreciative of all of the little things like coffee filters and sweetener, spices and a spotless kitchen to work in. The bath (which is not pictured in the site) was a huge, delightful surprise!! Clean, pretty and totally functional- I think it's one of the most important parts of a rental and often it can be a disappointment. Yours is precious!! The decor, the view, the whole experience singular and one, when we can, we hope to repeat!!

We really enjoyed our stay in #127! It was the perfect size for our family of four. It was nice and clean and we enjoyed how close it was to the boardwalk. We will definately return!
