| WE HAVE BEEN HERE THE PAST 4 YEARS AND WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK. IT TRULY FEELS LIKE COMING HOME. THE PLACE IS WONDERFUL AND MARK & THE PEOPLE THAT OVERSEES THE PROPERTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO MY VACATION IN THE KEYS. |

| I stayed in the apartment for a month in the 2004 and 2005 summers. I found the apartment to be everything Mark said it would be! I found it to be extremely clean, very comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The best part, I think, is Mark! He is easily reached by phone and extremely helpful. It is comforting to know that if something needs repair, he will jump in and get his support staff to fix any problem at any time. He aims for his guests to have a smooth vacation. |

| Really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the water and our boat... this was just fantastic. The beach was great. The unit was clean and nicely appointed and had all the amenities for a great Florida Keys vacation! |
