| THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST AND WELL APPOINTED PROPERTIES WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, WITH ACCESS TO DEER VALLEY, PARK CITY SKI RESORT AND DOWNTOWN. THE TRANSACTION AND COMMUNICATION WAS FLAWLESS. I HAVE NOT STAYED IN A RENTAL UNIT WHERE THE OWNER WAS AS ATTENTIVE AND CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR STAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF AVAILABLE. |

This Aspenwood townhome is a wonderful "home
away from home". Nicely appointed without being
too fussy for comfort, and very well located to both
Deer Valley and Park City ski mountains. The
owners are really terrific - we have rented their
home twice and both times the transactions were
flawless and their attention to us, and concern for
us, was evident. I would highly recommend this
property for your vacation! Just treat it nice so it's
ready for us the next time we visit! |

| We loved this place: very spacious, well tended and better equipped than most. High quality appliances, lots of good kitchenware and glasses/dishes, great hot tub and a TV in every room. Add to that, you can walk to the lift in about 8 minutes. The best Deer Valley place we've found in 10 years. |
