| While a short distant from the beach, this house is extremely spacious and very convenient with furniture and everything we need away from home. This is the second time we have been here and we love it. We are between everything meaning we can go up to Rehoboth for outlet shopping or go down to Ocean City MD for the boardwalk and busy night life. The rent per week is well priced. Thank you Bill and Barbra. |

| We had a wonderful time staying at your beach retreat. It was definitly one of the best vacations we have had! The community was off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy all Bethany has to offer. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Your beach house was so comfortable and relaxing. It was so nice having all the games and books there and also having a tv/dvd player in all the bedrooms. Our favorite thing to use was the outside shower!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to come again next summer. |

| 8/2/08 A wonderful house full of everything you would need. We had seven people,3 adults 2 teenage boys and 2 preteen girls, and everyone was comfortable. Great location with lots to do! |

Home is in a great location to do things at either the Delaware Beach communities or Ocean City Maryland.
It is in a great neighborhood which is quiet and makes for a very relaxing vacation. |

| Our stay at this house was very enjoyable! The house is beautiful - large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of windows, great deck and garage. We couldn't have asked for more in a house, all for a reasonable price. It was nice to have a large garage to put all of our bikes (5) in and the kids liked riding around in the quite plan of homes. In addition, the community pool was nice for a quick dip to cool off. All of this just 2 miles from the beach made our stay very enjoyable. |

| Thank you Bill and Barbra, the house was terrific. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower, I enjoyed the grill, and everyone enjoyed having their own TV/DVD player. We had a great time! |

It doesn't get any better! TV's, Internet, B.B.Q., Outdoor Shower. The warmth and charm are well appreciated. Loved all the books and magazines. The only sadness is when the sun sets, but it's nice to know the beds are welcoming!

What a fantastic place! We really enjoyed the location because we could go to Bethany, Rehoboth or Ocean City -- and the pool. There was enough space for all of us and it reminded us of home. The games, Internet access, TV's in each room and DVD's were really helpful to us and we used them every day. When can we come back? Thank you.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the "extras" in the house, like the grill and the crock pot. Our favorite feature was the outdoor shower. In fact, the indoor showers were only used a few times. Thanks for sharing your beach house and for making it so comfortable and relaxing. We hope to return next year for more beach fun!

We really enjoyed the pool. We like sitting out on the deck. The house was beautiful! We enjoyed a TV in every room (less fighting). The DVD players were nice to have too. Also, the beach wasn't too far away. Thank you.
