We really enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. Ms Ledbetter was a great hostess, all of our questions were answered promptly and every need was seen too.
The unit is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach to the East, and a quick drive to Destin. The beach is large and beautiful. There are several steps down to the beach (and back up) so you'll get some exercise. However, the beach is well worth the climp back up. There's a nice grill on the property and some GREAT resturants nearby.
On the whole it was a great time, and we plan to come back. |

We had a great time. We left a body board in closet. Publix and Winn-Dixie are not far, take a right. Pandoras steakhouse in Grayton and Billy's Crab house are good to eat at.

We enjoyed out visit to High Pointe, it is nice and peaceful, but w/in easy driving distance of all the shopping malls + outlets at Destin. Being from England, we like to take advantage of the great prices in the U.S. The weather this week was wonderful, we did have one day of rain and the rest of the time it was between 80 and 86.

I had a great time here! Sitting at the beach was SO relaxing! I got a sunburn the 2nd day we were here! So I didn't get to go in the hot tub, but if I did I would have loved it. The people were VERY nice! You have to play shuffleboard! I never heard of it, but I got the hang of it! To get to the equipment you have to go to the rental office. The playground is next to the shuffleboard court. The slide was awesome.! It's so fast! I'm going to miss it here! We left two bodyboards in the closet that has like a million magazines! I hope you have a wonderful time! HIGH POINTE ROCkS!

We had a great time here! I loved the huge pool, hot tub, and the little bar! The ocean is great. I like it cause I can walk right outside by my front door and see what the flag is. I love how you can walk on the beach and find shells and starfish! I like it cause I found a clear jellyfish and a starfish, but it was still alive so I didn't get to keep it. I love how there is a lot of shops and restaurants. I love the porch cause I can see the pool, ocean, tiki bar, palm trees! I hope I come back soon with my family.

We had a wonderful time here during our snowy season at home. Nice place and nice furnishings. The weather was 70s the first half of Jan., then seasonal, followed by a very warm March. We found many good places to eat and see. Nice touch with the menus of places around the area.
