We spent a year in Balboa Island in this apartment. The apartment is delightful, clean, fresh and spacious, well equipped and close to the bay and beaches. It was a very quiet part of the island, yet we were able to walk to restaurants, Post office and stores. Hope to stay there again.

Esther and William were a great couple to have for the winter, and they loved every minute, asked for the following winter but it was already rented for the next winter season. You two are welcome back anytime!!
