| Wonderful location, 1 block off Main Street and very quick drive to Copper Mtn. and Breck. Lots of space in the house and very comfortable, even for a large group. We'll definatley be looking for an excuse to come back. |

| We’ve booked this house twice and look forward to staying here again next year. Your house is so clean and comfortable and a relaxing place to hang out after working hard all day! The hot tub is also a great place to be! Thanks for being so great to work with! |

| Ideal location and the house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day on the mountain. Downtown Frisco is very close and has many fun spots. Everything was fantastic! |

| The house was SWEET! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is by far the cleanest place I have stayed in! We felt at home from the moment we stepped inside and the hot tub was great after a cold day on the ski slopes! I highly recommend this place. Peggy, you are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to returning! |

My friends I had a wonderful time. We could have done
some many things, but the home was so comfortable
we spent most of our time at the house talking. We
loved being with in walking distance of the shopping
and restaurants. I recommend this house to everyone
looking for a nice relaxing get away. |

| This was a very cozy home away from home. With 2 children in tow everything I needed was right at my finger tips. There is a grocery store just up the road and all the shops were within walking distance. I would recomend this lovely home to all of my friends and family. |

| This was a fabulous place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable. Extremely clean. Couldn't ask for a better location - it was so close to town, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The street is quite. Loved the front deck, but my favorite feature was the back patio - you can hear the river running and watch the foxes playing on this spacious lot. Makes a great get-away spot for a group of friends or a family. We felt right at home. |
