| You have to see it to believe it. My family takes a week long vacation every year to Florida or Alabama, and stayed in very nice condo's but now I don't think any of us will do that again. The house is so well emquiped and every room is great. The living room and kitchen.....PERFECT... the outside deck......PERFECT..... We all hated to leave but will return next year if not before..... Hope you all enjoy Coco Beach as much as we did.. OH watch for the dancing dolphins. |

| Our Bridge Club stayed at Coco Beach in June, 2006. It is hard for 11 women to agree on anything! However, it was unanimous. WE LOVED THIS BEACH HOUSE. We will be returning next year. The owners are delightful to work with. Don't hesitate to book-it! Thanks, Lisa and Steve. |

| This place is fabulous! So peaceful - upscale and comfortable - a wonderful retreat, far from the crowds but great food, shopping and entertainment is close enough. |
