| My husband and I just finished a great 4 night stay in Bob and Karen's condo at Natz Ti Ha. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and it's proximity to the beach. Also, it was very nice to have the washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you could need to fix a lovely meal although we ate most meals out. Karen was great to deal with in setting up our reservation and she promptly answered any questions we had. The condo complex was very quiet at this time of year and in talking to one of the year round residents here we discovered that it's much busier during the winter season. However, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and we always had the pool to ourselves. The security guards are very helpful and friendly. Joe and Marisol, the property managers, also promptly responded to our request for help (after our upstairs neighbor called them for us) due to a "battery-less" remote control for the TV. We enjoyed breakfast at La Cueva del Chango which is just around the corner and dinner on the night of our arrival at La Pommarola which is just across the street from the condo entrance. It's a short walk to the northern end of 5th Avenue and taxis are cheap to go to Walmart and the Mega store. We also tried the colectivo when we went to Xel-Ha and this is an inexpensive and quick way to get around the Riviera Maya - it's helpful if you speak a little Spanish when doing this but you could probably get by with English only. All in all, we had a great first time visit to Playa and highly recommend Natz Ti Ha E101! |

| My hsuband and I have had the greatest of times at Natz Ti Ha. Of course the host and hostess had a lot to do with that. Bob and Karen are the best. Not only are they accomodating beyond, but their place rocks. The perfect setting, scenery that will forever be captured on your mind, friendly people, and a very warm and beautifully decorated place. What more could you ask for?? |

We are the couple who stayed in your place Sept 08 - Sept 22, 2008. This was a VERY SPUR OF THE MOMENT reservation due to Hurricane Ike. First of all I want to thank you very much for your VERY QUICK response to our request for the reservation. You were so very helpful and accommodating in our desperate need to find a place quickly.
We had such a great time at your condo. Everything we needed was there and it was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The other owners that we met Mike and Sue were so nice and all the staff were so very nice to us, especially Mike. He met us as soon as we drove up and helped us with anything we needed. The location of your condo was great. Coco beach just steps away was so beautiful and it was nice to have the backpack beach chairs to take to the beach. It was nice to have privacy of each condo unit protected by foliage and waterfalls. The water in the pool part salt water and regular water was really nice to swim laps in I didn't even need goggles. Also, the location of Natz Ti Ha to downtown Playa was convenient. Thanks for sharing your little paradise with us. Stephen and Terry Evans |

When we planned our trip to P del Carmen I looked for a great 2 bedroom, full kitchen,near the beach and near Playa del Carmen. The Natz Ti Ha condo's fit the bill. We handpicked your place over several others because of its tasteful decor. We have not been disappointed. We have been most comfortable in your Mexico home. Thanks for opening your home at a reasonable price. The staff was very attentive and helpful. All the best to you.
