We had a lovely time in Maui in March 2009. It was made even more pleasant by renting a super condo from the Purcells. They were very accommodating and made the whole experience wonderful. The condo is situated in a very nice complex and our family really enjoyed the BBQ's every night where we met some great people. Especially helpful was the cooler on wheels as we made the trip to Kam III every day. Great trip and great condo!

We had a fabulous time. This was a perfect
location for our first trip to Maui. Within walking
distance, or a short drive, we were able to get the
kids out snorkeling for their first time. The condo
was very comfortable, in all regards. We especially
appreciated the fact that this unit was well away
from the main roadway, and that it had a nice view
of the highlands and the ocean. It was quiet all day
long, making it easy to hang out on the balcony
and appreciate the views and bird-calls. Also, it
was really nice to hang out at the pool in the
evenings as the birds came in and the stars came
out. We'll be back a.s.a.p.! |

| Aloha, The Purcell family made booking, sharing and enjoying their peice of paradise stress free. The Kamole Sands Resort is a beautifully manicured resort complete with a pool, workout area, easy access to the beach, and our family's favorite; TENNIS.The condo is fully equipt with all a family or couple would need for a stay in paradise.Our family appreciated the ease of communication with the owners and their hospitality. | The unit is very neat and clean, well-supplied with utensils, toiletries, towels and plates/glasses, nice lay-out of the unit,very accomodating and responsive owners and close proximity to the beach, Makena(where i got married) and everything else. Mahalo. Until next time. |

This condo is owned by a family who loved the island so much that they purchased the space directly above their original condo in order to acommodate their family and guests who wanted to vacation in paradise as a group while having their own personal space when needed. This condo features a cozy loft area with a circular wooden staircase that includes two-twin beds, its own TV and large closet area along with it own private bath.
The entire condo has a newly installed central air system which is very hard to find in rental condos.
The interior is enhanced with authentic island furniture pieces that take your breath away along with all the ammenities of home. A quick walk takes you to the beach to enjoy the sand, the ocean and the incredible sunrise and sunsets of Maui, or possibly an unbelievable sighting of the whales if you are lucky enough to be in Maui during whale season - help make this condo one of the best on the entire island!
A great place for a romantic get-away for two or an awesome place to take family and friends this is the place to stay. The owners are quite possibly the easiest to work with of all condo owners in the area.
