This cottage is beautifl. I have rented other properties but have never found one so perfectly equipt. Everything we wanted was provided. There were two couples in our party and
this cottage was wonderful. It afforded us separate privacy plus joint areas. We are already planning our next trip. |

I woke up this morning wishing I could go out on the balcony of the Frances Lee and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes away from downtown Helen.

| Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at the Frances Lee. As usual, the time was too short! The cabin was spotless, roomy and well taken care of. Kevin & Mary were so helpful and kind to us. Tony and the boys enjoyed fishing across the street. We will be back for another visit. Maybe Thanksgiving next year?! Thanks again. |

My husband and I spent a lovely birthday weekend at the Frances Lee. The decorating was charming, jacuzzi relaxing, and the property so beautiful.
While there, we visited Oktoberfest and the model train exhibit in Helen, Anna Ruby Falls, and a corn maze/hayride place, each aided by the maps thoughtfully provided in the cabin.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. The Earleys have thought of every detail in their home and it is truly a great retreat. |

Very nice cabin. We were able to cook and feel
comfortable spending time there. The location is
very good for getting around to the various points
of interest in the North Georgia area. We thought
the price was excellent. It is a very quiet location
and I found myself sitting on the deck and listening
to the sound of silence. We plan on returning. |

| Guests for October weekend. Enjoyed fall fling at your cabin and was delightfully surprised. The cabin is more than the website shows. Beautiful outdoor rustic setting but easily accessible. Indoors was most accomodating and very very well kept. Beds slept like home and had plenty of room to not feel crowded. Will definitely return. Thanks for your sharing your cabin with us. |

| Thank-you!! We loved staying in your cabin!! It was quiet and peaceful. And the kids enjoyed watching the deer roam the property, and playing in the jacuzzi!! The cabin had everything we needed. It felt like being at home. We had so much fun fishing, gem-mining, shopping, tubing down the river, and we really enjoyed the town of helen. The peacefulness of your cabin, and the many things to do nearby allowed us to have a wonderfull vacation!!! Thank-you!! |

| We loved the cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed, and the location was awesome! We used the jacuzzi every day we were there. We caught a trout at the nearby Riverside Trout Pond and cooked it at the cabin. We went horseback riding at the nearby Sunburst Stables and the Chatahoocie Stables. And we had a great time in Helen tubing down the lazy river through town. We would definetly return. |

| My husband and I stayed at the cabin with our 10 year old grandson. He loved the downstairs area, especially the huge jacuzzi tub. The cabin was very clean and neat and provided the privacy that we enjoy when we stay in the mountains. It was in a very quiet area but close to local shops and Helen. Hopefully we can return soon. |
