| We loved this condo. Great location close to everything in Big Bear and an easy walk to the lifts at Snow Summit. Girls loved the bear decorum. Condo office answered all our questions and provided maps/activities. Thanks Bart! |

We had a wonderful time at the “Tree Top Inn”. Bart and his wife have done a beautiful job furnishing their place with warmth and charm. From the moment we opened the door as we arrived until we closed and locked it as we departed, Nora and I continued to comment about the care that they have taken to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you very much for sharing your place with us. The proximity to the slopes should make it a very attractive rental for the winter months. But, for us, the summer getaway with our two small grandchildren was perfect, also. Our grandchildren are 7 and 5. We spent the days bike riding, fishing, walking, miniture golfing and having fun outdoors. The evenings were spent watching movies, which we brought with us, and playing board games which we also brought with us. We were all impressed with the condo, its cleanliness, appearance and its location.

| We loved the location of this condo, 5 minutes walking distance to Snow Summit. We were 6 people and although it is on the smaller side, we didn't feel cramped. It was well appointed and had a homey feel. Our kids, especially, our 3 year old loved the bear decor and all of the Holiday decorations. Alot of effort was put into all of the little touches. |

| The condo was amazing. We stayed in late October and the weather was perfect. The condo was exactly what we were looking for - great price, very clean, very comfortable and all the appropriate accomodations. owners are very easy to work with. we would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again. |

| We loved the condo! We went for the weekend with my parents and the kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was comfortable and very clean. We felt right at home. We really liked the "bear decor". The property was very quiet and beautiful. There was lots of room for parking and we felt that our vehicles were safe. The owners are great and easy to communicate with. We plan to stay here again, hopefully in the winter since it is so close to the ski run. |

| We loved the property! Perfect for relaxation and just what we needed. Everything inside was clean and cozy. Literally steps away from Snow Summit parking lot, so I imagine it would be ideal for winter getaways also. We highly recommend this condo and will be visiting again!! |

| This was a lovely place to stay for our summer vacation. Near the ski slopes and the lake. Far enough away to feel out of the tourist traps, but close enough to everything. You can't go wrong with dealing with the owners. Up front and good to correspond with. Thanks for a smooth and wonderful transaction. If you rent in the summer, I would suggest you do bring a fan as it is warm in the daytime, but not too hot. This is a very cozy home away from home. Len |

| This is a wonderful place to stay that is close to everything in Big Bear. The condo is wonderfully renovated and is by far one of the nicest places my family has ever rented in Big Bear. Parking is very close to the unit and it is an easy walk to the lifts at Snow Summit. We'll be staying here again! |

| I would like to take a moment to tell you that we had a great time renting this Condo. the condo made you feal like you were at home. it was very clean and you could see that it was taken care of . it is right next to Snow Summitt. it took us about 5 mim, to walk to the snow. the Stores are within 5 to 10 min drive time. and the overall stay at the Condo was great time. I would tell my friends about the Condo which i have already done. and I'm planning to go back to just get away . it is really that nice. |
