| AMAZING! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and answer all of our questions. Unit 4 was perfect for our family of four...spacious, hardwood floors, lovely furniture, linens included, well equipped kitchen and magnificant views! Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available for our use. Location was wonderful...walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. A two-minute drive to food store and drug store to stock up on necessities. A five-minute drive to kayaking and surf lessons. A 15 minute drive to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Padres game, Gas Lamp District, golfing and much more! We had a fabulous time in La Jolla and the In Eden was the perfect place to stay! |

| We stayed in #8 in November. Three great reasons to return: The view, the view, the view. Also, convenient and well equipped. |

| My husband, 8 yr old son and I stayed in Unit #3 the week of August 18th. The location is terrific; we walked down to the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided and played all day. We were on the the main level on Prospect and our bedroom was a bit noisy from the traffic, but we did have a nice vacation. |

| We greatly enjoyed staying at the In Eden apartments - great location between the beach and the village. Good cleanliness and the good condition of the apartment let us enjoy the time we spent at the apartment. |

| We stayed in Unit #8 and loved everything. We had a gorgeous sunset/ocean view from one entire wall of our living room, dining room, and kitchen. What could be more relaxing and beautiful? We could hear the ocean from the bedroom! Loved it! The unit also had plenty of storage, a walk-in closet, and very upscale yet comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and we cooked lots of meals with ease. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach and shoppping were icing on the cake! I just loved our week there and plan to stay again! |

| My husband and I stayed in #4 "The Honeymooner" to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved the place and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and well located. The unit does not have a/c, which is not necessary given the moderate climate in La Jolla. This can be a slight drawback for light sleepers, like my husband, who may be awakened by noisy sea gulls at dawn. Otherwise we would definitely consider staying here again. |

My husband and I stayed in Unit 7 and had a terrific time. Our expectations for what our accommodations would be like were definitely exceeded and Michelle Aarons went out of her way to make sure that our stay would be as enjoyable as possible.
Everything from the actual location of the complex and views to the smaller touches like: fresh-cut flowers, clean new model appliances, and gorgeously maintained grounds added up to a wonderful escape and vacation for us.
We will absolutely consider staying here again.
Thank you Michele for being so attentive to our needs. We really had a great time! |

This is a really great place. Neat and clean, nice hardwood floors, just a few steps to the beach. For swimming, we preferred the short drive south to Pacific Beach. Michelle Aarons is very nice and helpful. I give it 5 stars. Mike Wiegert, Chico, CA |

| We stayed in Unit 3 for a week in mid-July & had a great time. Dana was kind enough to provide amenities for our toddler such as a pack & play, outlet plugs and a baby gate -- it made the place work nicely with a young one. You couldn't ask for a better location: gorgeous water view, steps from the beach/coast walk, nearby restaurants & shops (but far enough away to be reasonably quiet), the art museum next door, and the LaJolla Recreation Center across the street (w/ playground, hoops, tennis wall, etc.). No A/C, but we didn't miss it with the cross-breezes and ceiling fans. We'd gladly stay there again. |

Our family enjoyed staying here very much during our La Jolla vacation--we stayed in Unit #7 with 1 bedroom and sofa beds in the living room which accomodated our family of 4 nicely. The view of the ocean from our living room was beautiful, and being so close to the Cove made it an easy walk to this breath taking beach which if full of marine life--we especially enjoyed watching the seals play and sun on the beach. The owner and property manager were attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The condo complex has an atmosphere that is relaxed with a 'homey' feel due to the many patio tables, barbeque grills, and sitting areas around the balcony of the building-- we enjoyed being able to cook out our meals and dine outside. We would recommend these accomodations to anyone wanting close access to the beautiful beaches of La Jolla, shopping, and wonderful restaurants & entertainment--all within walking distance. Best wishes to the new owner and property manager. |
