| LOVED this place! It was the best cabin/house we've ever stayed in. It is such a warm feeling house, which makes you feel right at home. Not only do they have a spa, but it is a Hot Spring spa (very nice)! We watched several movies on their DVD player and enjoyed just hanging out at the house at night. It only takes a few minutes to reach Sunset Marina, which was very nice. There are two restaurants at the Marina and what is considered the best bar at Dale Hollow (Moogie's). I recommend dropping your boat off at Sunset Marina first and then heading over to the house...particularly if you have a large boat. We have a 27' boat on a 34' trailer and could not back it into the driveway. The owner has a 20' pontoon and said that fits well, but you can rent a covered slip for only $25 a night, so I recommend just taking it down to save you the hassle of loading and unloading the boat each day. If you don't have a boat, definitely rent one! The lake is too beautiful to miss. |

We appreciate people who provide lovely "pet
friendly" places! Your lake home was perfect -
bright, cheerful, full of windows,clean,uncluttered
and tastefuly decorated. The hot tub was great and
the fact that the deck was gated allowed Charlotte
(our Corgi) to be outdoors a lot of the time. We will
be back and will recommend your home to our

My family truley enjoyed renting this cabin over the Fourth of July. It's a
lovely home that had absolutely everything we needed provided for us. The location was perfect, close to Sunset Marina, but in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to sit on the deck and enjoy the morning. We'll definitely be back next year. |

| We really enjoyed staying in this house. It is very roomy but cozey. It's in a nice neighborhood and isn,t too far from Starpoint or Sunset marina. |
