We can't say enough about our stay in Newport! It was everything we invisioned and more! Your condo was very deceiving in the pictures online....it is so "grand" when you enter! It worked out perfectly for our family and we all said we would love to return.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It was very private, with great deck and side yard. My extended family staying in the area thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Wolcott Ave as well. Great layout for entertaining, or just relaxing.... |

Your condo and the surrounding grounds are beautiful. My family had a
wonderful vacation and we tried several of your suggested restaurants as well
as stopping at Sweetberry Farm. There is no question that I would recommend
your condo and I hope that my family and I will have an opportunity to spend
another vacation there.

Your condo is absolutely beautiful and a far nicer experience than that of some
of our classmates to stayed at the Inn on Castle Hill. We were even able to
walk across the street to campus.

The condo is BEAUTIFUL! We love it. We arrived after 4pm on Sunday and
were so pleased. The pictures don't really do it justice.
The color in the master bedroom is beautiful--I'm sure you hear that all the
time. DO you have the name of the paint colors? Also the headboards are
beautiful. Are they from Restoration Hardware, like the master bed drapes? Thanks again. We really love it here. I already want to come back and I
haven't left yet!We are very interested in renting again next July. Either
starting July 18th or July 25th. Are either available?
