The house was clean, well maintained, and excellent for a gathering of old friends. We utilized the boat house and dock, both of which are mere steps from the house. We will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves again in the Seattle area.

I stayed here with a group of friends, including six adults and a toddler from New York, Boston, and Seattle, for five nights between Christmas and New Year's 2009. We loved the place: a cozy winter retreat with great walking trails nearby. Mostly we spent our time between trips to the hot tub in the kitchen, which is certainly the highlight of the house if you like to cook good food--sitting around drinking wine and watching the weather on the lake. I am sure the place would be even more stunning in the summer when you could actually get in the lake. We had a great experience here and would certainly return.

Our family had a really wonderful two weeks on Lake Sammamish. It was unforgetable. Even the neighbors were nice. The house was so comfortable and beautiful. We had an evening party for local friends and they all loved the ambiance of the lake.

As beautiful as the pictures look, they do not do justice to the views of the lake that are captured from virutally ever corner of this extraordinary home. My wife, baby and I just returned from spending a week at Lake Sammamish and had a fantastic stay. Everything about this property is first class up to and including the wonderful lakefront yard, complete with a full outdoor kitchen and a private dock. You won't be disappointed.

My family and I recently returned from a five week vacation on Lake Sammamish in this beautiful home. To say that this was the summer of our lifetime is an understatement. My kids and I have traveled the world, and I truly believe there is no place we have been that was more wonderful than Lake Sammamish and this gorgeous Lakefront home. You walk into this wide-opened home with the most beautiful view of the lake. The Master Bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, and a magnificent kitchen are all on this floor. The balcony allows you to view the lake, mountains, and surrounding area. The lower floor has an additional three bedrooms, a family room, a little make-shift office, a bathroom, and laundry room with incredible storage. As you step out of this floor, you are truly in paradise. The lake is in front of you, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and the new addition of a full kitchen and entertainment cabana right next to the lake. We did so much entertaining in this cabana, and loved every minute of it. I begged Brian everyday to sell me this house. I love it. Since he refused, I bought another home on the lake...because I knew this is where I want to live the rest of my life. It was Brian that showed me this. You could not ask for a better landlord and friend. He is completely focused on making sure that his guests are happy and fully enjoying his home. There is not a detail missed in his efforts. The kitchen is fully stocked with fabulous appliances and kitchenware. The bedding and towels are absolutely top of the line. You think you are staying in a 5-star Premium Hotel. His advice and counsel is much appreciated, and the fact that you adore him so much makes for an even better experience. He and his lovely wife, Larissa, are truly the cherry on top of an already perfect cake. I also cannot say enough about the neighbors surrounding his Lakefront Home. They are all incredible and so eager to help in any way possible. Every member of my family fell in love with this home and this area...from my youngest 12 year old daughter, to my 84 year old Dad. We even celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and my parent's 58th wedding anniversary in this beautiful home. We will forever carry wonderful memories of our Summer 2007. It was the place, the people, and the gift of nature that will cause us to return every summer until we can finally move up there permanently.

This is an absolutly extraordinary home. Not only has every detail been addressed to ensure your comfort, but the homes layout perfectly lends itself to family friendly entertainment and relaxation. The master bedroom looks out over the lake. The master bath with a full glass walled shower and beautiful tile is noteworthly. All the rooms are tastefully appointed with fine linens and comfy beds. The wide open chefs kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group / family. Downstairs is a nice sitting area with a larger television and two bedrooms both with open views of the lake. An open glass-doored boathouse complete with bar, sink and refrigerator/freezer is convenient for using the oversized hard plumbed BBQ. We moored our boat at the dock with the boat "whips" safely during our stay which makes those 6am ski runs just steps from your bedroom. If your not familiar with lake Sammamish, this house is located on perhaps the calmest part of the water, in a gentle natural cove. 15 minutes to Issaquah or Bellevue and 30 min to downtown Seattle. This is an ideal location to get away without feeling your too far away to enjoy the local attractions and offerings. I can't wait for next summer to reserve our "2nd Annual freinds at the lake" week. Thanks Brian for the great house! Regards, Josh and Tawni Mabel
