| John is a great person to rent from. He is very nice and accomodating! The condo is in a perfect area - easy to get everywhere but not in the middle of crowds. A terrific ocean view; and get to the ocean by just crossing the street! While there, visit the Treehouse Bistro - great wine, food & people! You'll love this condo! |

| THIS CONDO IS PERFECT !! IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PERFECT VACTION.THE CONDO WAS VERY NEAT & CLEAN . WE JUST SPENT THE MOST REMARKABLE SUMMER HERE , WE RENTED THE CONDO FROM 5/22-8/1 .JOHN THE OWNER OF THE CONDO IS GREAT , HE WAS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH & WAS VERY ACCOMENDATING , I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO GET AWAY. THE VIEWS FROM THE KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ARE INCREDIBLE AND THE BREEZES FROM THE DECK ARE SO REFRESHING , AND YOU ARE ONLY 2 BLOCKS FROM FREEMAN PARK (THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AREA). THANKS JOHN, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT STAY AT CAROLINA BEACH. |

| Your place was just right for the two of us! We loved the cool breeze off the ocean and the wonderful view from the balcony. With access right across the street, it was really convenient to spend all our time on the beach! We would love to come back and stay again. |
